The one thing which i didnt like was the staff behavior what was the problem I didnt get it whether its a language problem or its just dont want to work because when I asked for assistance for my new earbuds they were passing to each other 😂😅 serious issues

We have purchased a whirlpool double door fridge on 27th August 2021 in the name of B.Anil and while installing it is noticed that it got damaged the same was informed to the store manager through installing team, they replaced the fridge after two days its also damaged one again replaced with new one today on 1st September 2021 it also damaged .their response is not satisfactory and even they have not accepted their mistake and more over they are saying that whirlpool is responsible for quality .

I visited their showroom and purchased a laptop. As per their suggestion, I placed the order online with all offer codes and selected pickup from store option . I paid the whole 57000 rs and waited to collect my laptop. Now comes the twist. I got a message my order is cancelled, when I asked the store manager he told me to contact a number and I waited for 45mins on the call for no response. The trickery here is, the price online is lesser compared to store price. So they must have canceled it and tried to make me a fool out of it. When I contacted the customer care they were saying they cant cancel and store would have done it and store people say the order is not cancelled by them. I was made to wait there for around an hour and after that they told they can bill the same there with more price when I insisted for matching online reliance app price they said they cant do it. Now I dont know when my refund would be processed and would never recommend anybody to buy anything from this outlet. They simply charge more for everything and they dont accept orders from reliance online site/app. Disgusting service

Delivery and installation was good.But the installation guys wont do any electrical or plumber work in order to run the AC in normal 16amp connection so please make it done by any nearby electrician. The drain pipe was falling short so I asked them for extension. But its been 3 days till now and I havent got any call from technician regarding the complaint I registered. Im giving 3 stars for Purchase, Delivery and Installation only. But very bad customer service. They are only telling they will contact back but they never responding.

Service persons are stranded and busy , takes time to come near customer.Went for buying TV and bought for the better price it offers and the availability.But just with initial customer experience wouldnt have gone again for buying if not for offers.Maybe that day all were busy with something.Because at the end salesperson enquired and cleared all our queries and made it smooth.

I have purchased a Sharp LED smart TV form the store and the service was very good. I had a small complaint with the TV first delivered and on informing it they gave a replacement within a days time. I wasn’t able to try and test an electronic device before purchasing just because they did not have one on display and they polices prevent them from allowing me to open a new piece . Purchased a fridge from reliance digital. Though we got a good discount on the product (440litre, 3 star whirlpool fridge), had a bad impression on their professional conduct. To disconnect old fridge, they sent someone as part of buy back in the morning. Shortly afterwards a different set of people came and delivered a fridge in its crate and told us another team of people will be coming to install the same. In this covid time they r exposing us to more outside people. Also nobody has come yet to install the fridge since more than 3 hours nw. The previous fridge had contents and due to the untimely and poor professional conduct of Reliance digital, Oberon mall, Kochi, our food is also getting spoilt since they are depriving us the use of our fridge. They even had the audacity to ask if they could install the fridge for us tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

I brought one Samsung TV on August 31 2020 seeing the upcoming Onam festival. Reliance sale and finance team from Oberon mall Kochi explained me a fake offer on HDFC reliance tie up BASED ON NO COST EMU AND waiver on EMI after 3rd installment. After getting convinced I did the payment and I am not able to convert o No cost EMI. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CUSTOMER CHEATING. PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY FROM RELIANCE. WHERE THERE ARE SOME ARROGANT STAFF WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PRODUCT AND HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.

Ive paid full amount for a TV yesterday without even seeing the TV. The staff there told me that they will deliver and install it the next day, no option to see the demo. I agreed and billed the stuff. Today some guys came and delivered me the product and went away telling that the installation team is different. The number they have given me to contact is out of service and the delivery boy wont pick the call or call back after that. I cam all the way from my office just to receive the stuff. Such a pathetic place and service.

Went to buy a smartphone, even though we didnt get the one we were looking for, the staffs were really nice and clearly explained the device specifications and offers regarding each phone.

Hey guys, when you are in containment zone and are closed, couldnt u update that in Google too? Me, seeing it was open in Google, still tried calling the number given here. It was engaged. I dont know if some essential services like security/store keepers are still working inside who might have used the phone due to which I got an engaged tone. Bcoz of this i confirmed the store was open and got an auto to the mall today to buy a laptop. And later I got to know it is closed from past 3 - 4 days. Please update google on time or else midst this pandemic & heavy rain, people wasting their time and effort would come there and see that it is useless. This shouldnt happen. Peoples preference to seek information for anything is different. If this is Oberon mall, Reliance Digitals actual google account, it should be up to date and authentic. Also, kindly check ur timings. There is a mismatch with Oberon malls time. They are open from 11 AM but u guys are open from 10 AM. How is this? Who is wrong? Please liaise with them and sort out ur timings properly.
