They havent even heard of the word professionalism in there Dictionary ...very poor

When I asked them to check the laptop charging issue, I clearly told them not to login or do anything and just only check the charging. As it is my office laptop with a lot if security features. But when i got my laptop i could see that they tried to login many times with wrong password and locked it. Such unproffessional and cheap people. Noone should trust them and give any device. They will do anything to login and get your personal data and may misuse it too.

Total useless ...rather than fixing the issue they made it more worse ... if I had option to give 0 star I would have done that

They have a very efficient service and technical team. Customer service I received was very good and satisfactory. My laptop service was taken care by a staff called John and he handled customer and laptop service with professionalism. I was given very detail report on what was happening and was very helpful in understanding the situation my laptop was in. The team also performed a later requested additional service for which no additional amount was charged. I would definitely visit them for any further service.

VERY GOOD SERVICE , EXPERIENCED SERVICE PERSON, MY LAPTOP FIXED IN 5 MIN, YESTERDAY I WENT TO FIX MY LAPTOP KEYBOARD ISSUE TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER IN THOPPUMPADY , THEY SAID I HAVE TO CHANGE KEYBOARD , THEN I APPROACH COCHIN NET SOLUTIONS IN THOPPUMPADY , THEY FIX MY LAPTOP KEYBOARD ISSUE WITHIN 5 MIN AND CHARGES ONLY 200 RUPEES , WITHOUT CHANGING MY KEYBOARD

Owner is rude and doesnt bother to pickup your call once you handover your item for repair. Though service is okay type.

Service is little slow. Staff behaviour can be improved..

FINALLY I HAVE GOT SOLUTION FROM COCHIN NET SOLUTION, I APPROCH OTHER SERVICE CENTRE BUT MY LAP PROBLEM NOT FIXED BY THEM . BUT IN COCHIN NET SOLUTIION SERVICE PERSON FIXED THAT ISSUE AND MY DATA RECOVERED BY THEM , SO I AM HAPPY WITH THIER SERVICE AND RECOMMENDED TO OTHERS ALSO
