We purchased a G shock model GA 400 from Lulumall ,Cochin. We had to get the battery replaced(CSLM494) . The Casio center informed us that it will be done in a weeks time( even though it requires 15 mintes ,as they have to send it to the servicecenter at Marine drive in Cochin. ). Today( next Saturday) We called them asking for the update, they were sorry about it even though There was no dramatic climate (there was no heavy rain fall in Cochin) conditions . My question is, Should we purchase a premium brand like Casio and wait for their mercy? Do you think its fair?

I have brought a Casio Solar Series which completely runs on solar power . I might thought it wont work properly or have to keep in sun for a long time , but Im pretty much shocked that I have it with me in good condition , even after 2 years of extreme , rough and sporty use . I havent seen battery level below 95 Percentage. I have changed its strap for better usage . Its durable and Worth Paying !!
