Update: I lost approx 12000 of my hard earned money due to anti-customer and fraudulent conduct of this store, hope my review saves u from the same headache and loss I went through. Look elsewhere, there are many good stores nearby.Most of the positive reviews here are from Asher employees and their friends in different branches. Dont get fooled.Beware this store has the worst customer care and service. I thought why wait for fews days for a Amazon or Flipkart delivery, and decided to 8G RAM and original battery for my laptop from this store. The original battery barely lasts an hour And there is frequent blue screens due to the RAM. In this situation Amazon or Flipkart will offer a free replacement or refund, they would pick up the item from home. But, in my case I had driven all the way here next day. And they refused to give a refund or replacement. Further they refused any solution until I give them my laptop for few days to format and experiment, which has all my work of 2 years. Which is risk and problem, if you use laptop for professional work. Consider all the data, work and time you will lose. My advice is that you make the right decision and chose tension free Amazon or Flipkart option.
