I needed to get my laptop serviced and at that also during the lockdown it seemed impossible to find a service centre . My friend told me about netcom services which is into sales , service and rentals of laptops / desktops, CCTV cameras etc...and I went to their office. They were professional in their approach. Told me will look into the problem and call me back. After some time I received a call stating the problem and also gave me the amount which would be incurred in repairing my laptop. After I had given the go ahead, next morning I was told that its ready to be picked up. My laptop is working fine and I am thankful for the service rendered.

I visited the service centre on 17-08-2018 Evening with my laptop 💻. Its display wasnt working. They welcomed me and carefully listened to my concerns. They serviced my laptop within few minutes and It is working perfectly now. Their service men are experienced and takes due care of the devices. It is of no doubt that they provide complete IT solutions. Next time when I face some sort of issue with my laptop or mobile, Im definitely gonna come hack to this place for sure. Worst staff when considered for server or networking requirement.The person who attends the call replies back with a no care attitude and the customers are forced to make followups and be constantly checking.either they have least knowledge in the business or they are just not interested enough and dont know how to behave with customers.When asked for the manager, the person on the call responds back that he is the manager and takes no criticism and cuts off the call abruptly.i would seriously recommend them to be more proactive and learn to behave professionally to customers and do a decent business.Honestly i would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.They wont even hear you out and just ask us to send an email which they give least notice to what is requested by the person.
