This is the best service center experience ever. They took care of all the issues i was facing. They replaced all the parts that had issue. They will guide us correctly on what to do and the reason for the issue and how not cause the same issue again.

The staff there made me wait for so long even though he just had to stretch his hand and hand me the laptop.He was doing some other work while I am the only customer standing in front of him.All he had to do is hand me the laptop from his table.For this that guy took so long and gave me laptop after I had to ask multiple times...Very disappointing, He didnt have time to hand me the laptop but was talking about the pros and cons of homeo medicine to some other guy🤷

I bought in a Asus gaming laptop for some keyboard problem..but their behaviour was excellent.. got Keyboard replaced..good service 👍🏻..but the building is hard to find..it is at the back..very awsome experience by ASUS !!🙌😉👍🏻

People at service center was good. The building is pretty much old, and doesnt look like a customer service center. These guys (Rashi peripherals) are poineers in computer services and have a good name in this area. They said services might be delayed due to covid situation. So, I dont know when they going to return my laptop.Im extremely disappointed with Asus product quality, my laptop keyboard started showing issues within two months of purchase. Now i realised that keyboard problems in Asus laptops are very common due to bad keyboard design, and asus keyboards are extremely difficult to repair. So, once the warranty is over, we may need to spend some bucks for keyboard replacements.Asus laptop looks good, but they are bad in quality. Their service center looks bad in appearance, but very good at service. So moral of the story is DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER 😀

This sevice center certainly eligible for good applause ...I have visited many services centers ...this one I feel different...with good manners...and they were ready to service the phone within couple of hours as I said I am coming from almost 20km away and it is difficult to come on next day....

The staffs are very friendly and I faced no delay regarding warranty claims. Most shops treat people who go to claim warranty as pests. But Rashi peripherals treat its customers the way they should. In my experience, to find out how good a shop keeper is, go to them when we find a fault in the products. Then we can see their other face. But Rashi Peripherals doesnt do that.

Superb support

Had lodged a complaint regarding a Corrupted micro SD card with Toll Free Helpline of SanDisk India. Visited the service center today with the damaged card and the lodged complaint number. Mr.Vinod( Rashi Staff) was very courteous and professional. He looked into the matter and in 5 minutes I received a brand new card as replacement. The staff are very helpful and have a no nonsense approach so as to resolve the issue very fast. This is the first time I have ever had a issue with sandisk product but the customer service was excellent and issue resolved very swiftly. Thank you Mr.Vinod, and excellent system and practices in place by Rashi Peripherals.

Thing is, I got my SanDisk flash drives replaces and my Asus Netbook serviced from this place. Only downside is though my laptop was repaired and got my issue resolved, somehow they introduces more troubles to it. Now the speakers and the SD card reader are not working, which was alright before.About the place, its pretty hard to find and even the locals are unaware of such a place.Final note, if you get your devices services from here, please make sure you check all of it before leaving them.

Its not a bad place to get your phones repaired. Be aware that you can be taken for a ride if you are not aware of what is the problem with your phone.
