Small shop with good inventory of items.The staff was very attentive and helpful with selecting products. They will even quote MRP while billing and gives a chance for the staff to give us a special Rs 50 staff discount. This gesture surely makes us happy and fulfilled.The price is on the higher side. If there is any chance, you can avoid buying from here and buy from online. I bought a mouse for 600 Rs which is Rs 353 Rs in Amazon and Rs 452 in Flipkart.The product has 3 year warranty and they have agreed to replace/fix it through shop. I really want to believe that they will honour this when/if the time comes...

One of the oldest computer shops in Kochi. I went there for a Toshiba charger. They said it is coming in an hour. I never thought an hour would mean waiting from 11 in the morning till 3.30 in the afternoon. The staff spoke really well.

READ FULLYI never expected to see such a bad service in Ernakulam.The technicians are the worst I have ever seen before. They dont know anything about repair and will damage your computer components by improver software installation.I had a very bad experience here.The service people have little or no technical knowledge about computer repair and they they charge too much.If you ever had your computer serviced here and it works you are lucky to have it working.I gave a brand new laptop for installation of windows 10 and they did a terrible job that the computer would become stuck and make weird noice whenever you try to do anything on it. So took my laptop from them and gave it to the shop near my house and they fixed it by correctly installing the windows 10 and drivers and now its working fine.If I had left the computer with them again they would have damaged the laptop by the rough use and heavy key press on a laptop can damage the keys thats what they did and also the software they are installing are junk.They are experimenting on your device by using tutorial from YouTube until the problem is fixed that could damage the laptop or computer as many of the videos are fake and damaging to your device.I have seen them doing all this myself.They dont understand the basic computer things I tried to explain to them.They are simply changing bios settings without knowing what they are doing which will damage the device.Go Somewhere else, that would be better for your device.
