They just be there to deny whatever the claim it is. They judge everything as physical damage and the same message will be mailed to us by hp with a caption customer priority first, but i do experenced as customer least priority.

Excellent customer service.I had to install a ssd and ram in my laptop..they did it within the same day along with os installation and other softwares which we require..the cost is also pretty decent...good communication between staff members..i was able to know the status of my laptop when i called the front desk and upon work completion they informed me...All the staff members follow strict covid protocols and hence, is a safe place to visit....

Very bad. Kept the laptop for 2 months but still cant repair. Misguided us saying that there is problem in the charger and sold us a charger but actually there was problem in the laptop. On returning the charger to them we didnt get the money back. These all r nt acceptable from a service center like HP.

Couple of months ago I gave a HP laptop for service in the shop actually the display was broken and there are some water inside and some short circuit problems as well and the laptop I brought from Dubai and I gave the same shop to repair it they couldnt do that and I went to the HP care in kochi Ravipuram and I gave my laptop there and explain all the problems and he told me give me 3 days then after three day I went there and you dont belive it, the laptop is so perfectly done and every problem solved in a very reasonable price I ever get and the dealing with the customer is so amazing.
