Never ever go for service here.I gave my laptop for service 2 months ago. My motherboard was compliant. At that time they told me that they will give back my laptop after 1 week. 2 months passed and I still dont have my laptop. and not a single call came from their side till then. After that, when I went to their shop and asked, their answer was that they hadnt even started working on my laptop. i said them i want my laptop back, when they bought it i can see that they had destroyed my monitors hinge. they didnt even apologized to me. they dont know how to treat customers. please avoid this place at any cost.

Beware, Dont buy be careful, worst customer care in the world. Chose Amazon or Flipkart. Just lost 7500 Defective RAM and Battery. They wont replace anything until you give them your laptop with all the work material(two years of use), they will format everything. Will be pursuing this to its logical extent, even to consumer court. Should have read similar here reviews. Really frustrated, just drove to this branch after work in peak traffic and returned home with irritated no solution. With Amazon they will come to home and pick up the defective item and offer you choice of replacement or refund. Save your time and money, and lots of headache.

Very unprofessional place. Not good to deal with. They are clueless about products. Their so called technician screwed up my brand new product and had to depend on others to rectify it.

Avoid this place. They refuse to pick up calls, and when they finally pick up, they attempt to overcharge you. Go to IT Net in Panampilly for proper, polite and prompt service.
