Waste shop. Dont prefer to go this shop. At least the owner has a little bit knowledge about the problem, but there is a boy taking care of the shop with purely 0 knowledge. Whatever the problem in your laptop he will simply suggest OS reinstallation is the solution and 1000rs for that. In my case, they said the problem will be solved in 3 days. But even after 10 days I didnt get my laptop and they wanted 5 more days. Simply gave my laptop another service centre in Pipeline junction.

Really very bad service. Given a laptop for motherboard chip level service related to graphics. Got same issue after one month of the repair. Inspected with cybesign again and they told like issue is different and need to replace the led screen. The checked with some other service centre and found that the issue is related to motherboard graphics chip set itself. And found like motherboard is not repairable due to bad quality repair work done at cybersign..so replaced the entire motherboard...so not preferring cybersign for any kind of work in future.
