Nice interiors good sitting place ,quite big space but only downfall is people working.most of them dont know good English. Hard to make them understand anything. Seems to be very cold and not at all welcoming. Didnt liked much and not a good experience where they made pathetic coffee in the beginning. But as per their policy they replaced but due to lack of interaction and no understanding ,useless. Worst experience ,better try LOAFERS CAFE JUST NEARBY. Now thats not the end ,my partner found mosquito in coffee,I agree its not CCD fault but again due to lack of awareness and non seriousness it happened. And clearly you can see the guy who was working here was more interested in using cell ,may be downloading or watching YouTube videos from free WiFi there. Not sa good experience.

Probably the #1 ranked badly serviced Café Coffee Day outlet in Kerala!!!The Café is well maintained and the ambience is great. They have most of the regular Café Coffee Day menu items. However, the poor service let you down.The cafe is in the first floor and theres no car parking available.

I took King size cappuccino and it was indeed huge.Hazelnut cake was tiny, but tasty.Take into account that prices do not include taxes, so add 18% more.

It used to be great a few years back ,now it seems they are not even kept properly ,the stairs are dirty & the door is broken .Poor management i assume .The coffee is great & have a wide selection of them .

I went here to have a quick bite with my friend... It was hot as outside and we were hot and tired I ordered some milkshake, lemonade and tandoori chicken sandwich and gave 500 RS and they said they were out of change so I had to go out and get change from a store near by. And the worst part is that the milkshake was not good and the lemonade tasted bitter and had stuff floating around. And the sandwich was very bad not a single piece of chicken and tasted like old. I wont recommend this place to anyone. Too expensive and bad food and service.

If this place just stuck to serving coffee it would be amazing because it was and the only thing The Burger came out looking like a dogs dinner and nothing like anything on its website not even a piece of salad anywhere 😢 Our friends cheese burger came out with no cheese 🤔 and after reminding them that they forgot the cheese on toast it was quickly zapped in the microwave and still came out cold. Just not a great experience considering your competitors seem to do it all so well 😬

Nice place: it was very quiet on a Friday afternoon. Staff were nice, but many items not available despite being the peak time. We liked the Veg Burger with the multi-grain bun. Limited parking on Bastian Road. The climb up the rather high steps is not very conducive to the interests of elderly / less able people. Wouldnt mind visiting again.

The service there is very poor and not hygienic. Cards are not accepted there even though its written on the counter.

Terribly disappointed in the quality of coffee you serve at the Kochi international airport! Just hot water with coffee flavor! Sick ! And the best part is the lady tending the coffee refuses to make it strong saying she has a count apparently. Is this the kind of service you provide with pathetic quality?? Bloody waste of money! Never buy coffee from here !

Very bad atmosphere. When I went there AC was not working. Very hot. And very poor management. Staff were behaving terribly. The items they were served all also not not. Ccd in mg road totally opposite of this. There are worth 5 stars.

I went here with my friend for a casual talk. Ordered two variants of coffee - An Americano and A Cappuccino with a Paneer Tikka sandwich.I felt the shop to be cozy and had ultimate privacy with less or no customers at all. The seating facility is also better than the typical CCD with options to select from.The food quality was however below standard compared to the cost. The cost of the items are not in par with the taste. The sandwich filling seemed stale and tasteless - there was no tikka effect to be precise. The coffees seemed normal and couldnt understand why it was priced above other local joints.

10am. Friday morning. The card machine is broken and theyre out of sandwiches. Not because theyve sold out; because theyve just not made any. How do I know? Because I was the first customer of the day. How do I know that? Because at 10am they still hadnt turned on the espresso machine.On the bright side, their staff must be very popular, because he was taking a phone call the entire time I was placing my order.Only after luxuriating for 15 minutes in their McDonalds-esque interior wondering where the hell my caffeine was were they kind enough to tell me it would take another 20 minutes to serve me.Instant refund. Probably would have tasted like Starbucks anyway.

Always a favorite shop. Wish a little more English knowledge, since it is a tourist area, but managed. The tree is the special thing here wish they would have taken the plastic off and embraced it more.

Its a quiet place amidst the crowd going on outside the cafe. Really nice to have a sip of coffee or juices on your way to other places nearby.

The ambiance is good .. not very crowded I would say it is the keat crowded CCDA that I have ever been ...and good place to chill and relax the staffs are really laid back and chill .and the menu seems to be little under the mark manh things are not there .

Went there on new year night after 12. The AC was turned off and the fan was not working. When I asked them why the AC is off they said after 10 their air conditions will be automatically turned off. If so I they should close the shop after 10. They didnt accept the card payment and even dont have change for Rs 2000.

Incredibly Western. The coffee is very poor and the music is incredibly loud - and unfortunately it is not very good music at all. For the price there are far better places to get a quality cup of coffee in Kochi.

That dont accept cards. We ordered a masala tea and a cappuccino. Tea not available and asked for filter coffee, again not available. Finally ended up with Assam tea.and finally when the order came both coffee And tea was as cold as ice. Will never recommend

Yeah great. Yet another of these too expensive and starbucks like basterd branches, now they spread like mushrooms even in fort kotchi. Avoid if possible, you get better coffee and snacks in any other place nearby.

Dirty and leaky rest rooms, wifi is quite slow. Quite pathatic services

The put a lot of effort into the branding which i really enjoyed, lots of small details. It is quite a special place. The service wasnt very fast and the stuff is a bit on the pricier side, but the ice coffe with icecream of your choice in it was pretty nice and refreshing on a hot day. Recommend going there at least once.
