Excel service, I changed honor play display battery motherboard. Service. So good they explain me well and repaired fast also. I given my phone on other shop they told me 6000 for display only and first copy only no original but I they did display battery motherboard All together less than 6000 only came.. The guy attent my phone who explained Me very well, his name I dont know but service is excellent

They could not fulfill their promise due to unknown reasons. They noted down my details to inform me once the spares reach in a week, which never happened even after one month. Finally, replaced the mobile handset with another brand.

Deal was decent and time to repair phone was reasonably low.Some spares cannot be replaced individually, but with a whole unit.Thats Huawei policy, but service center was ok.

My Huawei Mate 10 lite screen was damaged while I was at work. Was slightly worried as this phone was bought from abroad and model was not launched in India(launched as honor 9i). They provided expert service and changed my display with a honor 9i screen which suits perfectly. There is a waiting time of 1- 2 hrs and cost of changing display was reasonable.

Bad service experience by Huawei.In this age of digital money, they dont accept card. God help you if you need to replace anything like panel.The service centre closes registering new cases by 5.30pmThe service centre didnt accept my phone for repair saying battery not available.Customer care says it is available, but need to request through service centre.On escalation, customer care says on changing battery, you need to replace display also.Call gets disconnected in between and customer care didnt bother to call back.This is my last phone with Huawei.Hope people who buy new phone get better service. By the way I have been to this place 5 times for the battery issue and was not happy with my visit.

Extreme happy and satisfied with their service, I was from Trivandrum to replace the screen for my nova 3i the entire procedure tooks an hour only. Excellent service, only one matter bothered me they asked me device password, I was bit conscious about the photos and data. But they told me that everything will be secured. Kudos to the team, keep going.

Hard to get them on the phone for service appointment. If we get appointment on phone, they ll tell to come between 1000-1700hrs. If we go there @ 1630hrs they wont even touch the phone. Without checking they said that they will close @1645, no option to check now and told me to come tomorrow. But on Honor Support app, appointment is still showing till 1800hrs. Actually I called them on phone before coming there and told the problem. They said me to come before 1700hrs. If they wont check the phone after 1630hrs, i dont know whats point in working hours which 1000hrs - 1700hrs(covid) otherwise 1800hrs. Im rating 1 star because of only Worst service(staffs) .

Had a bit weird experience with the Lady associates who receives customers. I had to replace my phone battery and those lady associates assured me that i would be getting a call before 4pm so that i could collect my phone by evening 4pm. I already informed them that i am in need of my phone and cannot submit it for a day long since it contained many vital information, so they assured me that i can collect it by 4pm and i can expect their call. I waited their call till quarter 4 and then i called them up and i was updated that my phone was ready ,awaiting billing. As i hails from about 30-35 km apart , it would take 45- 1hr for me to reach there and i was not informed that they would close the store by 5pm. I almost arrived after 5pm and i was been asked to come next day. Unfortunately i do not have any option to go back and i have to plead them to get my phone back. Team was very unprofessional but i was fortunate to collect my phone. I feel that those lady associates who receive the customer could have been more professional and informed me that the phone was ready and please be available before 5 pm. I expect those lady associate to be bit polite to the customers .Please note that the phone was out of warranty, and i fear the case would have worsen if it was in warranty.Still i am grateful to the person who seems to be the manager to the service center who permitted me to collect my phone though he was bit arrogant.

They dont have spare parts available with them and theyll bluff saying theyll get it from warehouse but they never do

Went their for an issue and had a good experience with the staff. Only issue is that they dont have a token system as the machine seems switched off. But the security is handling the queue very well.Their repair area has a glass wall which will allow us to watch the initial checkup they do to our device in order identify the cause of issue. This way we also feel safe to hand over the device to them. I think they charge only if the device needs some parts to be replaced. My device needed a fresh install of the OS to check the cause and they did it for free.

I had to replace the battery of my honor 6x and the people at this place said i have to replace both the battery and screen together, which will cost more than rs.4000 plus tax.. i had to raise a complete with huawei and after a couple of mail exchanges i received a call from service centre saying they will replace the battery alone.. i still dont understand why they made me go through all these just for a battery replacement..
