I would like to start with the attitude and professionalism of your staff - Basil, which was too good.However somehow I feel your eco friendly product does not meet the requirements. As in my place I could see some cockroaches running around in 2 weeks time, esp. in the kitchen and bathroom.I do have a toddler at my place, so not sure if it was a milder version used for this reason.

We got home sanitization service done at Perumbavoor through them. Very responsive, professional and accommodating staff( I was dealing with Bacil and Sibin). Recommend them any day.

I feel,instead of waiting for 3 months for the second service, if you do it in one and a half or two months , it will be much more effective. You can continue the rest of the services as usual.You can add one more service in the contract. .
