Really bad experience. My brother has travelled all the way 50 + km and I took half day leave to adopt a puppy from here and fixed price and all. In between the guy called up me and send location too. Once we reach here he sold it out to someone else as he got 500 or 1000 bucks extra from them. He made us wait over there for 1 hour and told that its sold out. Puppy was really loving and we were actually too deep with him. When I was emotional they have shouted at me. Really bad experience. Service is not important for them. Only money is important for those north Indian unprofessionals

My Daughter had fear of large dogs. After visiting Petmall and spending time with German Shepherds & Husky (very friendly), she has almost lost her fear. The Manager/Owner came out and advised my daughter how to conduct oneself when handling big dogs. They had also separated the guard dogs from the friendly ones. A Rottweiler (Guard Dog category) was also let out to play. However, my daughter was advised to stay in the protective area along with the friendly dogs, while I played fetch with him. A definite visit for dog lovers!

I purchased a puppy last year and Mr Badir who says the owner of petmall dealt with us, on the day of purchase he was very impressive and told we will be getting the certificate in 3 months , I was very particular abt adopting a certified puppy. But after three months when we contacted him he said due to lockdown it will take another one month. After several follow up he now never picks the call from me, I went there personally few months back at that time also same old story is been repeated, this guy is a fraudulent. Its been 1 year I am running behind this guy and till today we havent received any positive results .

The place is dirty and unkept. The animals looks tortured. Save their new husky, all the animals look upset and dead. My friend, a trained medic, noted that the animals have skin infections and need urgent treatment. The cats very bone thin, their fur so sparse you could feel their fragile skulls. The dogs, often cramped in mini cages stacked one upon the other, lie limp and dazed, most definitely dehydrated. The area is crowded and the animals seem tortured. Kindly alert PETA. The place needs to be shut down with immediate effect.

Great u people finding time to give answer to google.. shame on u people.PIzdont want to give even one star to this. Because we have given a persian cat here for either mate or sell and when we contacted them , they are not at all responding to our calls. Calling for several times to get an update. But they are not responding. They didnt given any money also. Totally disappointed. If u people see this review Kindly contact us for update. Because we have the rights to know about him.

I used to love this place before they were temporarily closed but when I visited the place few days ago I was dissapointed to see that the place was unclean and not maintained well and the animals were dirty and not taken care of properly. It was so sad to see that the animals I went to spend a good time were all drowsy and unenthusiastic and after enquiring with other people who had visted the place I understood taht they all witnessed the same thing. I am hoping from now you guys would take care of the animals properly.

I like all Breeds, all are good quality dogs, owner and all other staff are very cooperative, owner was very helpful to me after buying a dog also. I give 5 star for such a good positive person & Pet shop, Who takes care afterwards also. Thank you Pet Mall.

Though I have personally never been here, there’s a story out that they lost a cat that was boarded here, and informed the owners much later. Luckily, the cat was found 5 days after she went missing.If they lost one cat, they can loose more and the next pet they loose might be the one you love!Most pet shops and pet boarding centers treat animals in their care very badly, and this place seems to be like one of them.

I do not recommend this place at all .My friend and me visited this place and bought a puppy. The owner boasted abt having in house vet.We loved one puppy and decided to buy the puppy. The puppy was walking with a slight limp and we enquired with them and they said its certified by the vet and is not having any issues.We bought the puppy home and after some days realised the limp is more prominent, we went to several vets and it was told that he has a genetic defect.This puppy is our family now and it pains to see him suffer. Think before u fo any transactions with them. Be careful ..Do busines with them at ur own risk

Since you requested an explanation so here it is :My friend purchased a puppy from you and the puppy have a genetical deformity inherited from the parents dogs , while i see you replied saying the issue is due to less care , wrong nutrition or external factors , which is completely wrongIf you as a breeder are not aware about the difference between an inherited genetical issue and the normal health issuesSo let me tell you ; Genetical issues cant be a result of wrong nutrition or external factorsYou have a Vet in your team who check each dog before selling so if your vet is not aware about that very famous genetical issue so that means he is not qualified vet as mentioned below by other customers reviews , and if he was aware and ignored it and kept silent just to sell the puppy and complete the deal , that means its a fraudSo in both situations the fault is yoursHowever my friend noticed & mentioned to you during purchasing the puppy and inquired about how its limbs is different but you confirmed that its normal just to sell the poor soul with no honestyYou still have the other puppies from the same parents with the same Issue and i hope no one else get fooled as what happened with usAdvising everyone to stay away from your shop & Ill share our experience everywhere to make sure that everybody wont get the same scenario and i will ask all my friends to write their feedback here

A sweet set-up, friendly proprietors and well behaved pups. Their own dogs on the campus are also friendly. The shop is well stocked with pet accessories, and the best part is that they are planning to open a pet cafe soon!

I took our kids there and they were happy to spend time with the dogs and cats. But a lot more needs to go into keeping the pets clean and the place tidy. We have had to pay 100rs per person as entry fee. Strange feeling was to find all of the dogs drowsy or asleep at 5.30pm. Almost felt like they were kept that way.

I dont know much about pet shops or pets. I went for my first puppy. The place is clean. No bad smell. Dogs and other pets are taken well care as far as i could see. Good behavior from the sellers side. They have dogs of good breed and also low cost affordable ones.

They have Persian cats to German shepherd and even husky.The drawback though was that the place stinks, definitely need to be maintained if they wish for their customers to come back.

Kochi dont have alot of pet centered cafe. Their idea of starting something like this is actually kindness to those lonely people out there, who could come here and spent some time and share some love with these little ones.But the issue is that ____ they are not handling the pets properly and I have seen situations were they are beating these dogs with a stick (reason : they are trained; both the handlers as well as the dogs).This should be taken into notice and corrected as soon as possible.Third - instead of promoting foreign breeds they should actually try an adoption system were the customers could come in and adopt one.

They have different varieties of dog breed. And some cats also. There is a coffee shop and the entry fee to that coffee shop is 100Rs. Then only we can see the animals. And a nice shop for buying accessories and food for our pets.

We bought rabbits and an African love bird from here. The place is a well maintained and is the perfect place for people in and around Edapally to get pets. They have rabbits, birds,cats,fish, etc. The people over her are very much into this pets things. They are very friendly and helps us with any issues related to pets. Looking forward to buying a persian cat.

A small beautiful pet shop with well cleaned surroundings. Different types of dogs, rabit, birds etc are available in cheap prices.....Easy to noticable in normal traffic, it situated near the Oberon mall, besides the NH47 Highway. Less parking space is available....

Heaven for pet lovers

I really dont recommend this place to anyone. Their service is really bad and the pets luks very unhealthy specially the husky breed , it looks like it is on sedation. The place is not at all hygienic and is filled with flies and having drink in that atmosphere was very difficult.
