Very interesting fusion take on regular dishes. The fusion elements aren’t very on the face type but subtle and adds a unique twist to the dishes. Would definitely recommend people to try the place out. Parking was sufficient. Service was good. Restrooms sign that gender neutral was really warming to see. They were also clean and tidy.They also do private film screenings, which definitely something very interesting.

Honestly I had a awesome time here... The cafe has amazing ambiance... Tables are well spaced not crammed thus having a good space to yourselves to chill out with friends or family...The staff here are super friendly... their service was excellent... They are making sure that each customer coming here have a great experience... No matter what issues we have they are there to help you out.. thats what I felt. They have a hall in the first floor where you can hold small events. The entire cafe is well air conditioned.Coming to the food they were delicious. I had the Potato wedges, Crispy fried chicken, Fajita chicken wrap, Caramel frappe, Dark chocolate drink,coconut pannacotta and the papaya suite. The wedges were crispy, soft and had a good kick of heat. The burger was crispy and juicy. I am not sure about the wrap and the hot chocolate as my cousin had them but he said he loved it. Also both wrap and the burger comes with a side of fries with its mayo and coleslaw(I think). The papaya suite (a special dessert here at papaya cafe) was ok but is a bit too sweet to my liking and also after having it I didnt feel as the pricing was justified. The last comment I just my personal opinion.Nevertheless I had a wonderful time here at cafe Pappya... Looking forward to my next visit.

We had tried the following foods - chicken tikka pizza, crunchy apple salad ,chicken strips, potato wedges , paneer and cheeze pizza.All the food mentioned above was great.On top of it loved the ambiance. A little overpriced , but still worth it if u want to spent some good time with friends and family.The interior design is pretty good with lots of indoor plants. Good music and ambience.They have some craft items for sale , depends on individual taste and the price seems a bit too high.A must try in kochi.

Love this place for its ambience and variety of dishes. I’m a vegetarian and I give my 10 on 10 for the parotta paneer wrap. Veggie burger was good too. My son tried the chicken pizza and he loved it. The cheese they use is outstanding.

Lived in kochi for 3years and somehow missed this place till now. Lovely decor, delicious fusion food and excellent service. We had the chicken strips, beef chilli fries and parotta butter chicken wrap. All of them were excellent. Highly recommended.

By far one of the best cafes I have ever been to. A really good place to go and have a talk with your friends and family. The main theme focuses on art and music. I visited during the soft opening so got a sneak peek into their art gallery. They even have a small theater for screenings. The food here is very delicious and the presentation is aesthetically pleasing. Really kind and welcoming staff. A must try out place.

Cafe Papaya, we would really love to go there once again. Very neat and lovely place as well as very good ambience, cool for all ages. I would rather prefer to say no muscle man, so you get enough freedom to spent your time, relax and have your loved items. We have tried Kids Pizza which was exactly what my son wsntred, or its better to say how a kid imagine about pizza, without vegetables , onions etc . Only the Pizza base with cheese and sauceKappa Lassagne was other item , which is good for all who prefer healthy food, Cheese was added, but may be you avoid if you dont prefer cheese. Very different from old papaya café. New one is very refined, spacious and has a smoking corner just like the old papaya but not as big. Food is great. Lots of new items in menu but drinks are cut down. New papaya is just as good but the vibe has shifted.

Loved the ambience... Food was good...Mango sambaram was something different and must try for those who love experimenting.. Partly raw mangoes were used so it had the yellow color as well as the tangy taste and contained chillies too..As starters had ordered calamari and beef fries...calamari was good ..was surprised to see peanuts as I expected cashew nutsReally liked the beef fries with cream sauce... Found a far similarity between the kozhiyada snack that we have in the malabar side...Kappa beef lasagne has the same taste of nadan kappa beef but with added cheese.. The kappa was really mashed and seemex like mashed potatoes.. It was good.Southern parmigiane had chicken served with spaghetti.. The chicken slices were good but the spaghetti was not done proper..had a raw taste with nothing incorporated into it..Pizza was ordinary...nothing special to mention of..As dessert we had coconut pudding which was served in the tender cocunut husk itself...The taste was what we least expected...gave a feeling of having sadya..it contained tender coconut with pradhaman , bananas and pappadam mixed together..And a small store beside was a good place to get some knick knacks..

The ambience and customer service is very good. The place has good lighting, plenty of space and every table feels private. The food has too much oil and is very heavy. They try to blend nadan flavor into international dishes but the result does justice to neither cuisine. So better to order an authentic dish than one of the experimental ones.

Its a cool spot and have a good ambiece there. Interior design was nice and staffs and their treats are very good . We have to spent lot of time there and do our works ,reading ,writing,drawing... there have reservation for that.

Amazing place to hangout with friends. This cafe is a very calm place having different seating ambiences. There is a free library here in one room and an indoor seating with beautiful interior. Also there is an outdoor seating with beautiful lights and photographs. When I went there was photographs exhibited in the outdoor. Overall this place is really cool and everything here has a movie touch to it. They play customised videos/ music as well. The food is okay and the French fries are a must try. Staff is very friendly and food service. Parking space might be difficult to find. You can spend time here as long as you wish.

The best food Ive eaten in a long time, this is fusion food done right. Id dreams about the Papaya Suite dessert for days. The crushed shallot & roast beef pizza and Kappa au gratin was yum! Will return back to check out other options in their menu, whenever Im in town.

The food was good, but its amount both in terms of quantity and cost are questionable. The setting is beautiful although it is a very small shop with dim lighting. I went in the afternoon to find they didnt have almost a quarter of the menu including all desserts. All in all, it was okay.

Great ambience and freshly prepared food. A meal for 2 would put you back by about 800-1000, but its worth it. Fusion food is their speciality. Friendly staff, helpful in deciding what to order from tge extensive menu. They have a separate tea menu if thats your poison. The payampori (banana fritters) with beef curry is their signature dish. Parking is limited to 3 cars. Roomy place with good music. Order will take about 15-20 mins depending on the rush but its worth the wait. Ample seating and a sofa to lounge in the reading corner. Third visit to the place recently and the food doesnt disappoint. Service is warm and prompt as usual. Every item on the menu is prepared well but the payampori (banana fritters) with beef curry takes the cake

We went Cafe Papaya for the first time last Saturday and the food was really nice , freshly cooked very tasty and well presented in a beautiful atmosphere. Felt like a fusion of Indian cuisines with western dishes. The waiters were attentive and were reccomending all the new dishes. The Banana fry was good though the beef curry was not that great. It must be served beef roast instead of serving it as curry! Its a signature dish from Muruka Cafe and the chef can have a visit to that place to feel the real taste!

Fusion - Naadan plus Western - is what they do. Who would have thought kappa lasanga would taste so delicious. The pidi and kozhi with cheese. The ambience is good. They have a theatre space too upstairs which can hold up to 16 adults. The rate is around 1600 I think.

This cafe was close to the residence and it was a nice experience for us because of the beautiful decor and the wonderful staff and the fine service and also the beautiful chef who cooks the most delicious Italian cuisine in a beautiful Indian and also they have a delicious chicken soup and burgers Thank you to the chef who made me happy and thank you to all the staff there
