Every day there is some signal issues ...

FRAUD Network operators, some of the staff there behave in a proper manner but the owner BABU IKKA never talks to people politelythe reason im writing a review is that even though paying money every moth for there subscription plans i couldnt watch tv channels. when i call for a complaint they were not picking up the phone. after 3 or 4 tries i somehow got the chance to talk to the cable operator, instead of helping me he sed to come visit directly.when i went there they sed that our subscription was canceled for not paying money they sed , but even though we paid monthly fees we also had the receipt, when we showed it to him he was behaving like its not his fault and convinced us to get a more expensive plan, we sed we want to cancel the plan because of their bad service and rude behavior to the customer and asked for the 50% refund of the set up box, he refused to give the money and its bin 2 weeks and now when we try to contact the cable they either cut the phone or say some third class excuse and Refuse to pay the money.so my humble request to evryone is that : please do not Choose this guy as your cable operator He is a FRAUD.........!
