The worst 1 year subscription I have taken ever. Ive had problems almost every other day with this connection. I on a personal level will never recommend this connection to anyone.
Dear Friends,The worst customer support team Ive ever encountered. I mailed the support team about my problem 4 to 5 times a month ago and they replied to it today once i called them. And today i called the team 5 times for a solution and they are cutting my calls or they say we will respond very soon but i have not got any response from the team yet. I strongly suggest not to use Asianet broadband. They always fail to meet customer requirements.I hereby attach the photo proof of the mail that i did send them and their reply mail please check the dates.
Please dont take asianet broadband if possible. Expect no follow ups after getting connection. Your issues will never get resolved in time and dont expect anything from customer care. Only time they turn up is when bill is due. Thats where they are polite and have response.
They give us fake promises. You never get a flawless connection with Asianet. I have requested to upgrade my connection to fibre and nobody even care to follow up on my request. They make lame excuses everytime when i contact them. Really bad experience with Asianet. I trusted on your service and im feeling cheated now. I am going to opt for another service provider if Asianet doesnt address my concerns soon.
Worst customer care experience. I have enrolled for 5 month package and had paid 5000 plus taxes for 5 months including installation(which expired by Jan 2021). After completion of 5 months, I was not provided with an option of monthly bill in their payment schemes and later after continuous call with customer care, they have updated billing area to monthly with Rs.777. I have made that payment and within a week another reminder came as I have to pay Rs.1460. I have been trying to contact customer care and understand what this charge is about. They have put me on hold for 30 mints and at the end, they have disconnected the call.

The do not have full disclosure about the tariff plans , they lie as well as hide the information from customers to acco.plish their goals or targets which is really annoying , I personally is a victim of the same and when I called them the response was as expected , everyone just blamed someone else or said that they could not help.Leaving me right at where this all started cheated .Really poor management
Asianet fibre has world class infrastructure, but the people and staff at palarivattom office have let the company down. There is a clear disconnect between the sales team at palarivattom, who promises anything to get a sale, and fails to send even the basic equipment to the local installation teams, who complete their work on time and are having to wait days for the palarivattom office to send modems, earning the anger of customers. Its been nearly a month since the cable was laid, the Internet team showed up 2 days later, Im still waiting for the TV guys to show up. The phone number of the sales person is switched off.
I wanted to shift my connection and have been sending mails and calling on their 24x7 line for several days. They have not reached out to me about the viability yet. If I cancel the connection I dont get any money back and hence they do not have any incentive to continue with any customer. The call center people does not even know if there are service people in my locality. They say they can only give me the main office address. Poor customer satisfaction.
Fraud company. You guys give a disconnection request and they will provide you better plans at low cost. They call it Disconnection offer. I called them for a plan(399) shown in their advertisement and they asked around 3000Rs only to change the plan. When I gave a disconnection request, I got the same plan for free and also some additional offer. I had been giving Rs713 for just 150GB per month but now according to their Disconnection Offer they offered 3000GB at 30Mbps for just 399.

If any chance never opt for this connection. They have a very poor customer service not even responsible for checking the issue for last three weeks since I have lost the connection completely. Blame to the whole team of customer care and service. They dont have a valid phone number given in their website. If connected by chance, they dont know how to even communicate in a good manner. It is very difficult for me to work from home without WiFi connection. Several times I have been sending mails and reporting the issue by calling. The only thing they know to say is madam we have registered your complaint for the last three weeks I have been hearing the same. They dont refund the money also.

I tried calling their customer support and all they say is either they will register complaint or Send a technician. Which both of us know that there is no use for a long time. And when I started loosing temper and shout, I started getting stable connection from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm( I monitored this every day ) . How in the hell is that possible and cannot provide full day which I pay for.

Frauds, I have been using their broadband for quite a few years, they contact me for an upgrade to dual band modem. They took the old modem back and made me pay 1500. Now when I disconnected due to their on and off service, they want to take the modem back and saying that 1500 was installation charge. When there was fibre cable and power already there, is the installation charge for connecting the lan cable to the new modem?
Asianet was once a good company long back but not anymore.The poorest service & Non-responsive ness to the issues.Please keep Asianet as the last option to go for, if you have no other Service providers at your place.

One of the worst internet service ever. Even after continuous follow ups with customer care ,they do not bother to solve the problem. My internet was getting disconnected frequently literally many times an hour. We may not be able to take meetings or attend any sessions with this connection. Upon contacting customer service ,they have acknowledged the problem is at their side and asked 24 hours to fix this. Still they have not fixed this and keeps on replying they will work on it. It is really frustrating and perfect example of pathetic service.
This is the main office of Asianet Broadband in Kochi. I have been there a few times to pay my broadband bills. The place is quite neat and clean. The staff there is courteous and friendly and will help you with your queries adequately. The bill payment counter is quite efficient in its functioning. You can also get various details about the Broadband plans and various schemes etc. Broadband bills can be paid in cash, cheque, or by debit and credit cards. Overall quite a pleasant experience.

Worst internet provider. They havent even replied to the mail i have send them.Go for BSNL fiber connections which is more stable and reliable. My plan is for 50 mega bits per second and what i am getting is below 10 mega bits per second. Very much unstable connection. Please go through the images. Also note that we must have a equal uploading and downloading speed for out connections.
What they promise and what they deliver are entirely different. I got a connection for 799 per month which promises up to 100 Mbps. But the speed often is around 10 Mbps and that too get frequently interepted. The customer care people keep on saying Yes sir, there is a connectivity issue sir, we will rectify sir but nothing ever happen. If you insist they will register a complaint an we will get a token number by SMS. The next day you get another SMS your token has been closed by our technical team.But everything remain the same and you are left with the same snail paced internet connection. People who are planning to get Asianet broadband connection... I kindly request you to opt for something better than Asianet.. They have a feeling that they are the best internet provider.Trust me they are the worst among the providers... For the past one week I have been reaching out to the customer service to upgrade the existing connection plan. There was no response at all. Then tried reaching out to the higher management (Nodal officer)..looks like who ever it is they are even worse than the customer service team.. Never picked up the call.. Then I headed to the head office in palarivttom.. There they said they will get it fixed immediately and I that day itself a guy came n check and said they will come tomorrow n fix it.. The next day another person came and said the same.. So just remember its been the second week now and its not yet fixed.. And I need it immediately as I am working from home.. When I dropped to check at their head office today they said they need another 3-4 days to get approval from management to pull the cable.. Well I guess it looks like we need to adjust ourselves according to their convenience.. Where it should have been the opposite.. Just a reminder for ppl who are planning to get a new connection.. Keep Asianet as your last n final option.. Its like equal to having no internet I would say..
Unprofessional service. I had requested for upgrading my broadband plan and no response after three weeks. Existing broadband and cable connection goes down at least twice a day.
Not enough place to park. The lady at the cash counter was very helpful and understanding. After explaining my problem to her colleague, he filed an application on my behalf. Hopefully they will succeed at resolving my complaint better than the online staff.

Bad experience, they informed me that their installation fees was Rs 1500 at the time of installation and nothing more, like tax etc which is one reason I opted for Asianet. But when the first bill payment it was 2000+.Well, then the internet speed was supposed to be 200MBps but it is very poor, and not even 50MBps and often no internet. Customer Service is very poor. They dont check emails. When calling on phone, they say It should not be the case, we will check and that is it and nothing more.
The customer service is the most worst thing. They wont pick the call or respond.
Approach this service provider at your own risk. They are the worst ISP in town in terms of their service quality and connection stability. No matter how many times you raise complaint, they will service issues at their own pace and never provides solution to fix problems permanently.

Really deserves the award for worst internet provider in kerala. Complaints that too , a common complaint is not yet resolved even after a month of time.For those who are looking for new connection, please consider local internet providers or railwire,bsnl,jio..etc as they provide better service than asianet.For those who have inverters in your home , do not expect internet connection during power cut , you can spend your valuable time by watching the blinking LEDs of your asianet modem.
Such a bad internet broadband in kochi.... speed is so slow ...they promise for 100 mbps speed and you will get only 10 to 15 mbps and if your internet doesnt work after complaining so many times no body will come to solve, not even you get a call back....so disappointing , pathetic , unprofessional .... dont waste your money...I am really really struggling...
So they heavily advertised 399 plan to compete with Jio. When asked to opt for the plan they said you have to pay a 1999/- unlock fee and non refundable. Sad to be honest. Have been a customer for so long and now they have disconnected my connection cos i raged on them and wrote a email. Anyways switching over to peak and will move all the people whom i referred to their connection. too bad for you guys.
The customer service although responsive, is a joke. Its extremely poor. They fail to deliver any fixes or support if you have any issues. Used to allright but the current system they have is pathetic. This is coming from someone who lives very close to the Asianet office (Palarivattom). I can only imagine what itd be like for others.

How bad could it actually be?Turns out very very bad.Dont do this to yourself, even if you have no other choice for a broadband service, buy a portable hotspot from jio/airtel. It might be more expensive but youll save on the bp tablets.
My Broadband connection CN 160223 was down since 12 October. Had raised complaint via the whatsapp number. Till todate I havent received a call from their customer care. Contacted one Nidhin M S , his reply is not printable.Same with Asianet TV.Asianet has one of the most inefficient and careless customer support department.
Net connection was perfect for me .. but customer service is utter flop ..they have only call back option but please dont expect a call.after the call back request ,next day we will get a new automated message from Asia net hi customer , unable to reach you , please send ur query through WhatsApp and a new number . that is a big comedy only get first automated business message from that WhatsApp business account. but they are online ...please consider another service providers for a long time connection

I posted a complaint that I am not getting the internet for 3 days. My Billings are cloud based and had to use dongle for Billings. Registered complaint for 3 days and no response was there .Airtel and jio has started the fibre connection which will make asianet realise the value of customer service. They are going to realise these kind of attitude in nail in their coffin

The connection disconnected continiesly and they never provide the offered download/upload speed.The call waiting to the customer service is too long. The customer service executives not have enough knowledge about the network complaints. The past 6 months I can say that only 1 or 2 week i get the uninterrupted connection.

I have purchased the yearly package of 200Mbps speed, unfortunately the speed these days only 2,52 Mbps, unfortunately no solutions.
ASIANET broadband is a scam. In the time Ive had this connection, it has never worked properly for me. While my plan should give me 100 Mbps download, I get 6 or 7 on a good day. Ping is around 200ms and there is heavy packet loss while gaming. If you wish to complain to customer care, you have a number to call them. But it just goes to an automated answering machine that tells you theyll call you back. And the call back never comes. So if you have any issues, good luck fixing it yourself. This is the worst service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Its as if theyre doing you charity by giving you their broadband internet. The one time someone actually called me back from customer care, they said my complaint has been noted and someone will call me back again, and lo and behold, that call never came. So do yourself and favour and stay away. DONT GET ASIANET. LITERALLY ANY OTHER ISP IS BETTER. And in the off chance that anyone from Asianet reads this, I sincerely hope your company goes bankrupt.

They told they will sent a person each time a call them to solve the issue till now no one have contacted me or come to solve the issue. Hey, These people are very pathetic, they treat the customer very badly and they have only interested in getting paid. Theyll call you back after receiving the missed call, however there is no use of that. They will just give you false assurance. I have raised a complaint on May, 2020 and today is August 18 there is no solution yet. The internet speed we are getting is 2.6 mbps instead of 50mbps. Customer care executives are sitting there to cheat and misguide customers. Resolving complaints within 24 hours is just a dream. But they can make our registered complaint disappear magically. Even getting a call though to them is a labourious task.Payed money in advance for 4 months for 200mbps speed and getting 17mbps. Seems they have stopped services in kochi.
These people are very unresponsive, treat the customer badly and are only interested in getting paid. They dont even have a customer service function you can call directly when you have an issue - they call you back in an hour or so most times.

Most horrible service they provide. We have been begging them to give net connection since 3 days and they are not even responding back properly. They are ignoring us very badly. We have our child classes happening online as its lockdown due to covid19. We told these people to fix it as the classes r happening n the child is kissing her classes. We also work online from home due to lockdown. Since these people are not at all helping we feel so helpless. I do not recommend this people to anyone. We earlier lived in different location where there we had sky vision,airtel etc internet connections. They were all good and services were really good. Those people were so helpful. Asianet people are very rude n not at all helpful. I am going to get different broadband connection now. Fedup with this people.i dont even want to give a star.
The customer service is not upto the mark. The broadband does have sufficient speed when it comes to browsing and downloads. its all good until you have a fault and is in need of a repair.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! first of all its a call back service, ie you wont be able to make a direct call to the customer care center excutive because it goes into an automated response telling that a call back will be initiated ,it usually takes hours before you get a call. Even if you get a call you cant be sure if the compliant was actually forwarded to the local office ( I tried calling the local office regarding a fault and they had no idea of that). It usually takes a minimum of 3 calls to the customer service to initiate a response.These people are so eager in calling you from the first day of a month that you need to pay the bill but such enthusiasm is never seen in keeping the customer happy once they need a repair.

Ive been using Asianet broadband for over 4 years. Read many negative reviews.From my experience, their service is very satisfactory. Customer care responds back politely & is able to resolve connectivity issues on time.Used cable modem earlier for a 3mbps Unlimited plan. Faced no speed issues or frequent disconnections. Now using 100mbps OFC. Works seamlessly. Getting download speeds averaging 95mbps consistently.Earlier used a BSNL connection for 4 years, had enough with their slow speeds & regular network disconnection. Found that service to be worthless. Disconnected their landline service also.Only issue i faced was when they upgraded my plan & charged me for OFC without my consent. Resolved by escalation. This took some time as the customer service never bothered to look into the issue despite repeated calls.

Simply a fraud team. They have filed petition in court asking for recovery of rent for a connection that was already terminated by customer.Customer was made to appear in court for the same only to find 100+ people cheated in same manner.Was planning for a new BB internet connection .
