Having experience with a few other broadband service, Alliance is far better in terms of service and speed. They are a service provider, who cater internet services via local cable operators. In my experience I have called up their direct customer support number for any issues. Compared to other services I should say they were very helpful and available even at late hours to fix the issues. I could see some unhappy reviews here may be experienced through the local operators. Try contacting them directly.

Consider other options if you want do work from home, online classes, gaming etc. This is the internet for only entertainment purpose. The latency is too high and the jitter is worse than GPRS. At some point your ping will be 40ms and next second its 400ms even during day time.The local operator was charging 900 rupees for my plan and when I called their customer care it was 600 rupees plan. And thats why local operators prefer this ISP because they can charge whatever they want. I guess the folks who rated this 5 star only used this for streaming videos or social media 😐

Worst service provider I have seen in my life. No ethics or business sense. I have used Jio , Airtel fiber in Hyderabad and then Asianet in Calicut. They are reliable and customer support is excellent One of the worst provider I had switched in last 15 years.

They are not eligible to get a minimum star rating of 1.Very poor and irresponsible service. Their max speed is 0.60 MBPS in early morning time.Local service provider is a big failure to manage their services. (RCV Ramapuram, Kottayam, Kerala)

I have been using alliance for like 5 months now.. they do not respond to calls, there is no network from yesterday afternoon (3/11/2020) till now( morning 4/11/2020). A proper isp should be able to resolve their issue within at least 12 hours time.. whenever i contact them they tell me its TELECOM ISSUE and tells me it will take indefinite time to repair it. What is that??

They do provide broadband at low cost but keep in mind it comes with a cost. Please who do late night work will be screwed. They provide unlimited broadband but 90% of the time its will be no internet stage.I am from paranthal(pannivelikal) i took alliance instead of bsnl but now I regret.My suggestion is dont take AllianceI took the broadband from Happy cable service.Dont ever take there service if you are in pathanamthitta dist.One of the worst service i ever experienced. They will give unlimited broadband with 23 hour disconnection and 1 hour normal use. What an Idea to cheat customer🤬

Worst provider/service I have ever used in my entire life...recommend not take this at all ..especially if you are in Malappuram , kerala.Have contacted them regarding the issue and the response was pathetic.

The net is super slow...no value for money...I choose 20 mbps plan and Im only getting 3 to 4 mbps....even the sim have better speed than yours. Totally disappointed.
