Nice customer service... Really loved it!!!!

I would like to share with you an unpleasant experience I faced with this watch showroom at Lulu mall.For the past few days I had observed an issue with my Fossil smart watch. I had taken the smartwatch to watch showroom at Lulu mall to understand the reason for the issue. When I entered the showroom, the two salesmen at the showroom were busy showcasing various watches to a VIP (Celebrity in Film industry). I waited for the salesperson to be free in order to show my watch. However, even before I could tell the issue which I was facing, they told me to come back after 5 mins as they were busy showing watches to a VIP (A prospect). I understand the particular customer was very important and I decided to come back after 15 mins.When I returned after 15 min, sales person was still busy showcasing the watch to the celebrity. Other salesperson who was new to the branch had no clue about the reason for the issue with my watch.It has been 10 minutes since I have been waiting and the main sales person didnt even show any attention to me. After a long wait of 15 mins, owner of the watch showroom walks to me and says that the watch have to be given to a different showroom at different location indorder to understand the reason for the problem.I completely felt sppechless with the attitude shown by them to their clients. Experiences like this can destroy the goodwill which the client has towards the brand.I hope the watch showroom take a note of this and do the needful.

It has been a great experience talking with one of the sales person named Hari prasad k and he made my day. I wanted to gift a watch for my friend for his marriage and this sales man just served me with all the care and confidence. He helped me to choose on of the best watches in the collection. They sell models at the maximum retail price.The same models are available in online fashion retailers at very lower costs.Service of such online bought watches will remain dilemma since I read a few reviews here itself.

I had purchased a fossil smart watch from Them. apparently they are only interested in bagging the sale at any cost. Once you have paid the money, the after sales service goes right out of the window. I had repeated cases of negligence from their side when I gave out my watch for repairs through them. They did not communicate the issues properly with the service team located in Bangalore and returned my watch without resolving my concerns. This happened multiple times. It has been 2 years since I bought the watch and a significant part of the time, the watch was sent away for repairs.I will not suggest doing business with these guys

The are all time ready for custmoers needs..!!! I had a issue with my gen5 and they solved it asap..!Great effort from their side..!!

LULU Fossil store has good collection of smart wrist watches. Im really happy with the service and hospitality they provide.

I bought a watch from this stores from my home 130kms away.! I called them for an armani exchange watch. The person over the phone was very friendly, he told me the watch was available and sent the photos instantly.I transferred the money and few days later i received it fit as a fiddle.Each and every step was guided by the staff. He was very good.

One of the worst service encountered so far. Had to call the store to get some information. The staff didnt have the courtesy to ask what was the reason for the call and simply hanged the call saying he is busy. You guys really need to keep a check on how your staffs behave.

A small fossil store inside lulu mall has got some good fossil watches. But the service is not that good. I would advise not to get any automatic watches from fossil coz their machine is not that good. Go for their quartz models.

Its a great experience , I have recently ordered a diesel watch from fossil swiss time house lulu mall online , I was a little scared of buying a watch online , but then i started talking to Mr.Tinto John and I asked him all the questions referring the company and how it worked.Then I decided to trust Mr.Tinto John and I transferred the money to swiss time house Account. Immediately after they got it the transfer they sent me an email to confirm. .Tinto John and his staff jamal was very patient answering all my questions and he never fail to update me with the status of my order. Decent shop alright, but if at all your watch has a trouble, there are no technicians there which is utterly dissapointing. So there are all the troubles of sending your watch to Mumbai, 40 days waiting etc.. And beleive me this was for a fix any small repair shop would do.

I wasnt happy with the service. I went there before Fossil Gen 4 smart watch was released. The guy there tried to trick us telling the upcoming watch also doesnt have a heart beat sensor and all and persuaded us to buy the existing one. Im just glad that I checked the details online. I decided not to buy anything from the store.If your plan is to hide information from users and lie to them, then its not at a place I would recommend to anyone.

NOT SURE IF THEYRE EVEN AN AUTHORISED CENTRE. Very impolite staff, went in once to ask if I could get my Fossil (previously bought) watchs dial cover engraved (which is available on the official fossil website, and at other authorised outlets in India). Staff was unaware of the process and tried to drive the customer away, saying they dont offer such services.

My watch is missing from.them which I have given for repair and given my number to them they said it has been collected by someone and best part is I have not send anyone someone showed a fossil watch photo and they have given my watch to them and till today they have not done anything on it or called me have an update I have asked for the footage of cctv so far nothing had happened I had given this in central mall counter Kochi

Actually this is a heads up for the brand not the store. I bought a fossil grant watch through Myntra and i gotta tell you , its worth the money. It gives you the perfect design, quality ,specifications.,all the need in a watch. If anyone looking forward to buy...just go for it!!!!!

I went to LuLu Mall and I found Fossil Show Room. Its such a wonderful boutique you can find all Fossil Group of watches here and its exist in 2nd floor is guess.

This shop is located inside the LuLu mall at heart of kochi. You can get good model of watches here. They accept payments via cash,card or netbanking. They have a good customer support available. They are having only orginal FOSSIL branded watches.

Not a updated place. I never suggest this for any high-end options.

Horrible customer service! I recently bought a fossil smart watch from Chennai and it wasn’t charging so I took it to the fossil store in lulu mall edapally, Kochi, they we’re not helpful and they were not even kind enough to lead us to a service centre. I am very disappointed.

Very bad experience ..... Worst shopping experience in lulu shopping center...i took a fossil mens watch it was not working at all. One time i gone and inform them it s not working.aftr checking it they told me ot was a machine compliant. I asked wat machine complaint tht he cant explain tht much useless guys are handling ths much costly items. We are paying tht much and if it get complaint they can explain the reason too.. .. ..I Dont recommend lulu fossil shops for shopping fossil watch......

Bought a fossil for my wife as gift. It’s not been working since. Fossil customer care is so bad. I have sent them the watch still it’s not giving correct time. They have no accountability. It may be a SCAM.

Well, this has been the worst store I have ever visited. I bought Skagen watch which stopped working in two days and the store manager was never able to replace the defected piece even after 10 days, making me to buy another watch of different brand without my choice because money cant be refunded.The store has limited options for Fossil watches. Skagen watches seem to have one or another technical flaw, which makes me think over the authenticity of the whole store. Hwz that possible!Customer service is really poor here.
