Very bad experience, tv not working and air-conditioning was horrified,,,Overall very disappointed ☹️

No wifi available during night time. Power problems. No neat rooms and bed sheets.

My experience was not good. What will come for 746? This is the question asked by front office person, I asked to change the bed roll. Lot of improvement required in the cleanliness. Food in the restaurant was superb.

Stay was very good. but not preferring food from hotel down here by malabar plaza. best hotel near by is alakapuri. near assisi church.

Spacious rooms and clean rooms. tv and intercom was not working in my room. apart from that everything else is fine about this hotel.

Facilities were not good. Room service was not good. Cleanness could have been done better

Alloted a room that just finished some painting. Room was full of dust. During the time of check inn itself I have informed them that i need a good room as i am too tired after 6 hours bus journey. And then they did this to me. Room with full dust and severe smell of paint, dirty bathroom that dont even have exhaust fan. Really disappointed with the room. I was not in a position to complaint them; Was too tired and Just suffered all these things.

The room is very small and its not cleaned properly as I could see dirt and hair on the bedsheet given. The door handle of the bathroom is full of rust and bathroom is also not cleaned properly.

Room needs repainting. Bedding not good without sponge. Rusted bathroom fittings. OYO need to inspect the rooms.

The room is so congested that we dont have space to keep our bags and walk Around.
