Very Bad customer Service! To be honest! Worst customer service

My experience with purchase of Fast tag from IDFC First Bank using their online service is utterly disappointing. The fast tag is not working as they have not done their job properly. Even their email and contact numbers dont work.

Worst services ever send to us NOC Without official stamp and rejected by RTO we contacted and they said its held IP vytila office till now we havent received...do not recommended this bank to any one ....they dont care at all..till now the matter not resolved

Please think several times before getting an account with them. Worst customer service and very high charges.

High loan processing fee. Its not fair

This bank doesnt have a branch centric policy. You have to call 24*7 customer care number which takes care of you well. Needs lot of improvement from local managers. Hope they improve fast

I have not even taken any loan from thisbankbut in my CIBIL score is showing have taken a loan from this bank of rupees 500 and 1year tenure , try my entire day to reach the customer care,no response or no pick up, could some one can revert back

I first bought an ac and then an LED TV. 2 times the bank bought cash in the name of bounds charge. Is it the fault of the customers that the EMI does not catch even though there is cash in the account? Cash is held on the 2nd of every month. When I first grabbed the bounds charge I was told it was a technical issue. Still need to pay the bounce, now the 2nd EMI of the TV take is the 3rd EMI taken. And now again a Rs 472 bounds charge has come. Then on 8-9-2020 someone called me from Ernakulam branch and said Sir you have to pay emi from next month moratorium extension is over. Then they treat the customer like this without looking at the last 2 EMI closures. What kind of cucumber town is this?This bank is Very very bad bank IDFCI will never suggest this bank to anyone ...

I have a purchase credit card from this bank. One, I bought two products, I bought it, I used it to buy two items from Flipkart. Not even a branch ... Who to listen to ???
