Horrible customer support from this branch. Zero support to avoid a fraudulent transaction. Asking to check with the beneficiary directly to check if the account no. shared is correct or not when tried to verify if the beneficiary name of the account no. Is correct before transferring money. It was a genuine effort to avoid any fraudulent transaction. Either the staff who attended the call not doing his job or supporting a fraud to take place.
Very bad experience. Their internet banking facilities are almost good but direct branch dealings are very bad. I have already closed my account 2 years ago. I have filled a form and submitted to the bank but the banking employees are not closed my account yet. Now they are asking penalty for not maintain the minimum balance. Why should I pay penalty for the closed account? No answers from them and told me every day to pay the penalty.
Don’t trust the manager. If he says something, make sure you get it in writing. Worst banking experience.

Says license and printed aadhar cant be used as address proof .A printed aadhar is enough as a document as per govt , but they need to see it like a card and laminated .License doesnt show city in address so that also Cannot be used.So much for easy banking .
