Colonial style cafe with great ambience.. I went on a Saturday morning for coffee and was all alone.. maybe less rush due to Pandemic.Had Mocha special Cold coffee, which was refreshing.Spent an hour of peaceful time at cafe. Could not find much vegetarian dishes in Menu so avoided having meal. The decor is mesmerizing. Worth a visit if you are in Jewtown

This place has a very different and inviting vibe. The front hall is adorned with exquisite oil paitings. Few of them are on sale. In general the ambience is terrific. There is also an indoor photography studio and pro photographer can check out for environmental portraits. Now coming to food, the Sakhsuka was okay. Pasta was wonderful and so is the other deeply fried flattened chicken in some sweet bater. Cold coffee was superb. Overall, we had a good time.

Okay, so yeah, the food is delicious, I had their version of club sandwich and it was amazing, my girl had a pasta and it was also amazing. Its a nice break of the Indian food, the prices are a little bit up but its well served and yes they take some time but its worth it, always quality requires some time. The staff is nice, I mean not mean and not super friendly just normal people. Four stars because they could be nicer and if they know they take long maybe find a way to make it easier for customers, other than that totally recommended.

Mocha art cafe , this place gives the best of vibes for esthetic minds. All the art works there are uniquely appreciable. They have set a very good ambience in there. Prawns tawa grill - This dish is one of the specialty cuisine there. It was presented with some uniquely tasting lettuce and carrot salad. Prawns were grilled to perfection, adding a pretty good texture to it. The taste is something like youd miss having each time you think about it, very tangy, rich in flavours and spiced the right way and the salad sets the mood.Mocha special blended cold coffee - It is considered the signature dish of the place. It was a very thick drink with a strong chocolate-coffee flavour.Good place good service

This is my first time visit in an art🖼 cafe, and it’s just lit🔥, they got a nice ambience and it’s very spacious and they located at the right place YEAH!! Just near to Jewish Synagogue🕍 and they have lot of artists stuffs like paintings🖼 installations and all and I liked it but the problem is this premise is not to the ordinary people, hell YEAH!! Because it’s very costly, and there tea☕️ price range starts from ₹70(masala tea☕️) and goes on and on and they got so many celebrity visits like ‘Nick UT’ , ‘Dulquer Salmaan’ and all and there photographs sticked in the wall also and that wall looks👀 beautiful anyway I liked it👍

A few months back, I visited Mocha Art Cafe located in Mattancherry. Being one of the best places in Cochin that serves ‘this’ delicious food, this is a must try place all you foodies out there ❤ .. What we ordered ⬇.. • Appam with Beef Vindaloo ~Undoubtedly the best in town, I have yet tasted. The Goan style Beef Vindaloo And fluffy Appams is a very very must try from the cafe.(Rs.200).• Chicken Schnitzel~Trust me on this, it’s purely love at first bite. Served with assorted vegetables in white sauce. It may not be spicy, but it works awesome for people who doesn’t like non-spicy food too.(Rs.300).• Beef Cheese Omlette ~Yet another must try. I think I was told this cheesy omelette with mince beef is the Chef’s Special and they really meant it. 👌🏻 (Rs.230).• Mocha Special blended Cold Coffee~ A classic Cold Coffee that won’t disappoint you for sure 🔥(Rs.160).•Mango Lassi~ The good old creamy and fresh Mango lassi to beat the heat (Rs.130)Happy Fooding! 🤓

This cafe was supposed to be the number 1 cafe in Kochi city according to the netizens of Kochi. But I had a bitter experience in this Cafe. So, we went there on a rainy day and the restaurant was very empty-not even a single customer was available (around 1.00 PM). We tried to order fish varieties, beef varieties and all these items were not available and they stated that it was off-season.So, we went for Chicken dishes which were brought to us in over-burnt condition. Rice was good. Quantity of food was less. Taste of food was moderate. The interior ambiance was extremely good. Parking facility is limited.Overall experience was okay.

If you closely look at the reviews, you will notice that most of them are from tourists from another state or country. This place is pathetically overpriced! They charge 150Rs for a glass of tea. I must say I am quite surprised by this. Even Starbucks or 5 star hotels wont charge you this. Even if they do, they provide ample quantity. Here, they need Rs.150 for a normal glass of tea which you can get anywhere by giving 10-30 Rupees. This place exists solely for ripping off unsuspecting travellers. There are lots of other cafes in Fort Kochi that offers a lot more.Is there any special ambience here? No. They have just hung a few paintings on the wall. Theres no special lighting or seating provided. In fact, when we went in at around 6PM, all the lights were switched off as though they were conducting some suspicious business. Is there any special service provided here? No. We walked in and there was no one to welcome you or help you get seated. We went and got seated at a corner. No one came over to tend to us until after 5 minutesIs it hygienic? No. We had a chance to glance at the kitchen while we walked in. The kitchen is local and the lady cooking was wearing a nighty.Pathetic place. Lot of other options around such as the Classic Art Cafe, Kashi and the Green house restaurant. We walked out of here, completely disappointed by the lack of service and the unreasonable price they are charging for a normal glass of tea

I went there seeing all the reviews and pictures. Ambiance is really good and thats why Ive given one star. I went with my colleagues, to have lunch. Very poor service! Nobody came to take the order. Starters took an hour or so to come. Drinks came so fast and main course took another hour. They missed out an order. After all this when I came out after wash, the counter boy handed me the bill to give it on my table. If it was a weekend or if the place was filled with customers I could understand that they were really busy, but only 3 tables were occupied and it was a peaceful week day! Never ever would I suggest this place to anyone and never ever would I go myself here again. Never been so disappointed and dissatisfied.

Absolutely love coming to this place whenever Im in Kerala! The first time I visited, my brothers and I had just finished visiting the Synagogue and was simply looking for somewhere to get a drink. Went up the stairs and it led to an art gallery displaying local artists work for sale. Upon walking further we found the cafe and ordered the house special lemonade. Unfortunately we had to time to sample the food, but the drinks, decor and the vibe led to decide to come again. I went again earlier this year with the whole family and what a surprise to find that there was an art gallery displaying the works of world renowned photographers all for free. This time, along with the lemonade, we ordered a masala tea, iced coffee and the blue lemonade. No surprise that everyone was pleased with their drinks even though theyre not die hard foodies like me. Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and what a humble guy! Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area or even Kerala!
