We are fully satisfied with the interior products supplied and installed by D2R Interiors. Quality and finishing of the items were superior compared to other local vendors. Even though there was some delay and some sort of coordination issues were there in between but finally they could achieve the targeted date of our house warming function. Before that they have completed all the jobs and attended the rectification jobs as per our requirement. Wishing all the best and success to D2R Team and recommending them to new clients.

Anyone is looking to get their services please dont,they are the most unethical and most unprofessional business enterprise I have seen,they have no labours on their own,and co ordination between the designer,production unit and execution team. They are giving sub contract to other group I guess ,so actual design will be in the papper only ,while executing they will do as they wish and no will be supervising whether the actual design is been executed or not and no one bothers .They have no concern about clients and dont communicate anything , dont even pick the calls and even dont call back . If u need to know any information /updation u need to call minimum four persons , several times. Its been 5 months we have been waiting after paying 50% advance , still our work is not completed. They treat their clients like fools..no value for our time and money. They will ruin our time ,money and our peace of mind.

NOT AT ALL SATISFIED - WORST EXPERIENCE FROM D2R INTERIORS......We contacted D2R interiors for our complete home furnishing and initiated the work by paying the booking amount of on 20th Feb 2021. After the finalization of design, the advance amount was paid on 19th March 2021. As per their contract and advertisement, it is guaranteed that the finished product will be delivered at worksite within 45 days of work commencement (An additional 10 days of work is required to install the products at worksite). Based on that, they have committed to deliver the product on 11th May. In this pandemic, due to increased covid cases, complete lockdown was announced on May 8th which lasted till June 15th. Correspondingly our product delivery also got delayed which is acceptable. After lockdown, we contacted the team and they agreed to deliver the products by 1st week of July 2021. Considering that, we fixed our house warming for July 15th 2021, but they kept changing the dates and finally agreed to finish Kitchen alone before house warming. House warming happened on 15th July 2021 without any interior work done, not even a single thing delivered at worksite. After frequent calls and several arguments, some products were delivered on site by 23rd July but when the installation started, majority of the products delivered were not fit as per the designs we finalized (either measurement changes or design changes) and were taken back to the production unit for correction. The major issue was with the Kitchen where in the product itself was of different quality grade. The agreement was for Marine ply 710 grade but they delivered 303 grade products in Kitchen. After lot of discussions, even face to face and mainly because of the extra time required (4 weeks) to replace the things, in order to fasten the process, we agreed to proceed with 303 grades with some additional 5 years of warranty. According to the policy, they asked for the next payment and was given on 3rd August 2021. When we called the team to check on the progress, some dates were agreed but never finished the work on agreed time. Final deadline was given for 19th Aug 2021 including cleaning so that we can celebrate Onam in new home. During our usual follow up on 17th Aud21, they again postpone the deadline after Onam holidays. Now the situation is like, we have paid all the amount which they demanded on time, but never get a service as agreed. 45 days guarantee time is something they claimed in quotations as well as their website. Now it’s been 150 days and still our requirement is not met.

There was some delay in completing my project and I was unhappy with it. But I understood they have lots of projects 😊. If you select them, get assurance about the completion dates. I am very happy with their finished product, its quality, selection of materials, design, fit and finish at the best possible price. I guess no one else can provide you same product at the price they can offer. Their carpenters especially who came to work for me are very experienced and dedicated to deliver quality products.

My experience with D2R was good as the quality of work as per my fulfilment. Even though there was little delay due to covid issues I was able to proceed with my house warming as per schedule and it was with in my budget. Thanks to D2R and wishing them all the best in their future tenures. Special thanks to the sales and designing along with the service team in completing the activities by this time.

If there was a 0 star, I would have given that. My experience with D2R much worser than I could ever express in this review.I had to cancel the order because of their attitude and the response that I got even after paying the advance (half of the total amount). At some point they even started treating me like Im getting a free service.TWO MONTHS AFTER THE ADVANCE PAYMENT I GOT ANOTHER QUOTATION WITH A 25% HIKE. When I asked about this drastic change, the response was The measurements we took was wrong. (They took the measurements 3 times before the payment, and I dont know how they got the correct measurements without taking another one)They blamed it entirely on the guy who left the company.From the two quotations that I received, all I can say is that they were trying to sum it up to a certain figure.Highlights:1) Lack of response. They just dont reply you nor attend your calls. But, they do ignore.As a customer, you are responsible for the communications - thats the attitude.2) Zero commitment and punctuality -  I lost 3 months just because them.3) Chances are there you will be assigned to a guy who doesnt know anything about interior designing (Because most of the guys who were assigned to my work didnt know anything about it.)4) The things that they said impossible to do was done by another interior designing company with a far less quotation and TIME.In the end, I cancelled the order, and gave it someone else who did an amazing job.

1.While executing the contract, both the bosses of the organization will nod their head and approve and agree to meet timelines with excellent quality.2. The organization failed to meet deadlines in the promised time.3. Bosses will not attend to our calls and the representative comes with least knowledge and will look helpless.4. Bosses will correctly attend calls and WILL CALL BACK only on the days of payment.5. Our master bedroom was measured incorrectly.6. The kitchen was promised as soft close which we confirmed several times. They finished it late and finally when we checked they are NOT soft close and they said we didn’t know such a thing.7. The representatives did not know how to Fix the trash bin inside the kitchen rack. It was not shutting properly when the kitchen rack closed. Finally my husband got to work.8. Above all, they DID NOT clear all the trash they left. I have called around 25 times asking, pleading, yelling to remove the wastes. As usual, bosses will only pick calls on days of payment and the representative as mentioned above “helpless”
