I bought a villa in their Trivandrum Apstone project in August 2017 and laid the foundation stone in October 2017. I am yet to get the villa completed and there is no hope of getting it completed. These builders are fraudsters and cheaters and there are around 40+ customers in their Apstone project who lost their peace of mind only because of investing in their project. One of my friend on recommendation from me booked for an apartment in Trivandrum Smarthomes sometime in 2017. I know close to 20 customers invested in the Trivandrum Smarthomes project as well and this project is also a mess. The project is standstill for the last 3 years and there is no real conviction from the builders to get this going. Anyone looking for a villa or an apartment from these builders, please talk to the people who are living in the Trivandrum Apstone villas and trust me, you wont regret. Please dont waste your time, energy or money on these fraudsters and cheaters
