Well furnished flats , good atmosphere,no water scarcity

Flats with the name of planets setup inside a compound with almost all the facilities that someone needs. They way the premises is setup is one thing I love about the place and the premises are kept neat and clean all the time. Security staff are placed in the main gate as well as in each of the building.

Well maintained apartment complex, but space may be a constraint for the 2bhk and duplex appartments. The one duplex appartment which I visited have a huge pillar going through the living room.

3 years here......police came at night, maintenance no help despite making payments, security harasses, market harasses......punishment for being mentally ill public knowing....welcome to kerala India....facility manager threatened to call police break down door and forcefully remove dog, security allows anyone to enter and leave except owner..lol....Wrote to association...non communicative, no results.....no use...Does the average citizen consider this premium living in India.....on top harassment...tests to see what I am...who knows....bangingbdoots...vehicles pollution, cant walk in peace or in bedroom also ....

Its a well maintained residential society with four high-rise buildings named after four different planets in the solar system (Jupiter, Mercury, Neptune & Venus). There is a supermarket as well as an ATM counter with in the society.

A well kept large condominium. Clean facility. Efficient security and convenience store.

Expensive apartment and very difficult to approach people and entry. Not friendly to the society. Association ia taking quick decisions makes ran out of the places. Before you buy any apt make sure to check the association people and ambiance.

No shortage of water.Common swimming pool and gym.One free parking slot.Small park, playing area and a super market is available within the compound.Duplex flats are also available.Security guards and CCTV available for security.- Parking area is not a well planned one.- Behaviour of security guards is not pleasing always.- A foul smell disturbs you in evening time once in a week.

Very big apartment located in Kakkanad and near to Infopark. Apartment offers all basic amenities. Good for families and children. Easy access to hotels, mall and hospital.

A truly wonderful apartment complex in Kakkanad.

Such an absurd construction plan i have ever seen is these building sets. Absolutely no privacy from any apartment; inside the bedrooms and outside the balconies. Theyve just crowded a whole lot of apartments there with whatever plan they have. The community living there is quite good. The residents association is the next big flaw of the building set. Always ready to piss you off in all the possible ways. There is a supermarket within the premise. Parking is also good. Although, you will have to face security personals questioning your rights every now and then. I wouldnt prefer this place for you as an option to stay or live.
