Went here for Coivd vaccination. For vaccination they use a separate building. It is a very neat and well arranged place. The medical staff are well mannered. There is a paid car parking near the hospital which is sufficient. The main hospital block is congested and looks old.

The worst attitude nurses at pediatrics section I have ever seen. We know in the midst of covid there are many regulations we need to follow, but there are certain ways to convey that, not with an arrogant attitude.

Totally unprofessional staff, lackadaisical nurses who dont care about the patients suffering, Unempathic doctors and lousy infrastructure. Not a single person would attend to my father in law at night when he was screaming with pain. Absolutely horrible experience. They behave like as if patient are chattels or slaves.

Worst experience ever for my fathers final days. They left him without drip or nose feed, or pain killers (he had cancer) even after we begged them all night and all day. When my father needed a change of bed sheets, they refused it to us. Also, the palliative care (MICU) is very close to the covid ward and the nurses from the covid ward came in their PPE suit to the room in which my father was to speak with the palliative care nurse in my fathers room. We requested a discharge soon after.I would advice anyone to never take their parents there and be scarred for life with their palliative treatment.

Did covid vaccination from lakshmi hospital couple of weeks back. And the process was very simple compared to other hospitals out there.i was able to complete the entire vaccine process within 45 minutes. Their coordination was really appreciated. And also our there was also a vaccination drive conducted at my company with the collaboration of lakshmi hospital and it was well organised drive

Very bad laboratory services. Lab technicians treating patients not nicely , if we ask any doubt or time of result issue no one ready to answer and there is no proper time to release results.No one has the responsibility whether asking over phone or in direct. 3 times I had bad experience from laboratory services. One day I gave GTT sample at 1.30pm , result I got at 8pm night and same issues I faced when I gave blood sample to check BHCG.

Very horrible experience!If there is a chance to give negative rating, I would do that.The doctors here are highly unprofessional and rude to their patients. Its not mine or my families first experience, but more than third time this is happening. The only reason why we still go here is because we have our cards there and its near to our home...but now its high time to change the hospital to visit.Every profession has its own dignity, nothing else is less. We are not there for any free service. Even if it is free also..I think doctors should be polite and kind to their patients, atleast for the first consultation (paranjath anusarikatha patients aanel manasilakam..but ith athonnumalla)...... show some ethics to your profession..and dont just be money minded.I still believe there is some kindness left in the world!I really feel like mentioning the Doctors name..but I am not. Had to go here to get my mother vaccinated for covid after getting the appointment. Very bad location with no parking space for patients. We were turned away saying that there is no vaccine available without any proper explanation. It seems that they dont have it for the weekend and we have to call on Monday before going again.

They need to realise the patients are not people for them to lord over and they are not not doing it for free. They take our money and show attitude. Unreliable and junior doctors operating on you whom you have never met in OP.For maternity, was passed from doctor to doctor saying need to visit multiple doctors as it wasnt certain who would be available on delivery date. This resulted in no-one accepting responsibility and a mistake during operation which required a major surgery at a different hospital. Patient had to get re-admitted twice starting from the week after delivery due to fever and it took the 2nd revisit with a different doctor to catch that it was due to an infection due to the operation. Faulty diagnosis that a sonography was not even asked for until the 2nd revisit and checkup by 3 different doctors.Traumatic 5 months for us from point of delivery and baby being kept away from mother for the first one and a half months. Nobody should have to bear this ever, for what we supposed was a normal operation with few days recovery.So many tests were done during the course of the pregnancy and so much expense was incurred and still they made a human error. Its unacceptable to be passed on to junior doctors during delivery whom you have never met till then and they committing mistakes without supervision of the senior doctor.They are losing the legacy and name that their founder had created with her aging.

I had a very bad experience and I would never suggest anyone to go there again.i had taken appointment for endocrinologist through phone and they informed I have to be be there by next day morning 10.30 am.They never gave me a token number or nothing.I was there by 10 am and had to take the token even if I have taken appointment earlier.My token number was 24.Doctor came by 11.30 and I had to wait there till 2.30 pm even after continuously checking with the staff/nurse they never tell you which token was called.I had to go and check with person leaving from doctors room what was their token number and one person told me their token was 27.What is the point of token system and booking appointments if the staff is not following.

I had both my deliveries here at Lakshmi hospital. From the beginning, this was the hospital I trusted my babies with. The doctors are good, and the best thing is, they have 24x7 availability of gynecology doctors at the labor room. One thing I noticed is, you have to shuffle and consult different doctors through your pregnancy period. That is the policy there, unless you have a complicated pregnancy. The idea is to get familiar with all the doctors - were not sure who might be attending your delivery.My first delivery was a long one, and I could see different doctors coming in and checking on me in the labor room - and that was in addition to the two doctors already posted there. I always had good experience at this hospital.Do not expect a fancy hospital, like many others you see in Cochin, when you go there. But you get the best care, I believe.

My two children were delivered at this hospital. For the first child we consulted Dr. Shantha Varier. I felt that she is a very good doctor, and the delivery wasdone without any complications. For my second child we were consulting Dr. Sreelatha Varier. We were given poor advice by another doctor of another hospital, who said that the pregnancy would have to be terminated. But then we consulted Dr. Sreelatha Varier of this hospital, who gave the proper advice and the correct treatment. Finally our second baby was also delivered without any problems at this hospital.The hospital building is a little old but they get the job done. They have good security, thermal check was done at entry, security guards were not allowing visitors, all these steps to prevent Covid. The nurses are very professional and efficient.

We had our son hospitalized for a week due to fever and vomiting.We had a fairly good experience. Nurses and other staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The security staff (100% from North India) are firm & strict. Yet, they are very polite and helpful. Decent pantry& canteen at reasonable prices. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Parking space is far-away and the road (Diwans road) in front of the hospital is very congested.

Please DONT consult Dr.Nejumunneesa!!!Mywife has received a good service from Dr. Shanta warier, laxmi hospital during her pregnancy.But recently we met with some bitter experience from Dr. Nejumunneesa. She prescribed a medicine to stop lactation without giving proper education which leads to severe complications. So, it would be better to never consult her. Please go with some experienced ones.

A reasonably good hospital at the heart of the city. Its easily accessible from the Ernakulam South railway station. Even though its a mid range hospital, it has some really good team of doctors. Not sure if all the departments are good.

The hospital is pretty good. Doesnt involve in lavish prescription and jargons.The nursing staff, especially the lab staff and reception need to be more polite and respectful. Doctors are down to earth while these lot behave as if they are in Govt hospital.

They have all the good facilities to loot the patients and in fact they are torturing the patients. 100% business minded. Two of the nursing staffs even misbehaved with me when I got admitted during my pregnancy time 5 years back. It seems that they do not have the love and passion for this profession. I wanted to have a normal delivery but they insisted in c-section for their convenience. They even got admitted me 1 week on my 7th month saying that the baby is of low weight. When I checked on the scan report I found only one gram increase in the baby weight during this 1 week time period. My baby was of 3,100g when she was born which was 2 weeks before the normal delivery date. Altogether they had done 9 scannings even without having any kind of complications. They do not disclose the true facts and they them self creates complications. I had to pay Almost Rs.80,000/- (5 years back) for all these scanning sessions, 2 admission and the c- section.

Get my teeth checked here regularly(yes I do brush twice a day) and this is the best place I have been for issues related to dentistry. Im sure all the other things are good too.

The Lab is looting the people with high charges for the tests. The Overall management is poor and the extra/ Unwanted tests costs very high.

Very bad even I can say the worst in the hospitals in ernakulam. No co ordination irresponsible staffs. Non hygienic also.

1.Administration is very poor,In case of casualty cases in night ,the doctor will get the file after 10-15 minutes.(No staff to take care in reception,The only staff is taking care of bills, dispatch of files to all departments and wards )2.Each time (14 days )they were collecting registration fee for all cases.Whether it is a appointment given by doctor or not.3.All the doctors are not discussing about the diagnosis.and treat as they want to be.4.If a doctor suggest scanning the nurses will take it in the next day afternoon( We have to remind the nurses about Medicines,Scanning,Investigations,Changing of Bed sheets etc...)5.We didnt get the discharge summary while discharging;it is provided after 2 -5 days after discharge.

The doctors are good and educated. No unnecessary tests are been asked to do to the patient. But the staffs and the management is very pathetic. They just lack the basic courtesy. I was made to wait even though I had made an appointment to meet the doctor. When I enquired.about why I was kept waiting even though I had an apointment and other persons after my number were called too,the answer was, As I am coming for the first time, my files are not ready yet. I came earlier than my appointment time and had finished all the formalities of registration by filling up the forms they had given me. Another big issue here is the parking area. So congested..

The doctors(gyno and paed) with whom I interacted in this hospital are exceptionally good. But I cant say that for all doctors. The in patient rooms are really pathetic. The bathroom is really cramped. Some of the ward nurses are not that professional. Despite making money this hospital has one of the weirdest wheelchairs. I dont why they cant buy normal wheelchairs. At the billing section for in patient they dont have pos machine for payment. One has to go the PRO for making card payment.

Previously one of the best Gynecology hospital in Cochin. After starting the new departments, the hospital is not keeping its standard. Congested due to the heavy rush, the 10 storied main blocks single lift is not capable to handle the visitors.
