A multispeciality hospital for pets. I visited here for surgical removal of a tumor of my dog. I had sent a video to the doctor showing the condition of dog. He gave appointment for next day and instructed to call reception for arranging ambulance for pick up and drop. Next day everything went on smoothly and we reached back by noon. The boys who handled dog were caring and professional.As there is heavy rush in the morning and evening, it is better to take an appointment. Highly recommended

Due to some personal exigency, I had to board my 7 month old dog at Felican Hospital, Eroor, for a night and it was a worst experience for me.Initially my dog weighed 27 kgs when I board him and on the next day, when picked up he weighed only 26.2 kgs and he lost around 800g. I dont know whether they fed him properly.Also, the condition of the dog was pathetic.He went anaemic, his eyes appeared to be reddish, he couldnt even stand or bark in a normal way like he do.Most of the pet boarding centers allow the pet owners to see the boarding cages but here they wont permit us to view the boarding surroundings, which doesnt seem a good thing from my experience.We were so tensed after seeing his condition.NEVER EVER LEAVE YOUR PETS IN FELICAN HOSPITAL FOR BOARDING, if you love them.Please check the images of my dog after collecting him from Felican.RATING :0/5

Quite a nice place. Positives: it has almost everything for a dog issue (since I dont have a cat, cant comment). Good doctors, medicines, their food, surgery, stay and a spa. The place is however quite crammed when its crowded, which it is most of the time I have been. Parking is another issue. You very rarely get it inside. You can park on the road though.The only negative I saw was giving a lot of vitamin and unnecessary stuff along with required medicines. Incl shampoos. You need to know when to say no.

One of the most prominent vet hospitals in Kochi, but suggest to visit during the day time as the experience during the night were never pleasant. Also the boarding experience was always bad. We literally felt that our dog was put on sedatives as his eyes were turned red, he was sleepy and messed up. Since this happened twice we never took boarding option there after.

We have been visiting this clinic/using their services for over 10 years and never had a bad experience till now. From what it was 10 years ago, the clinic has grown and expanded a lot, because of which there is at least about an hours waiting time. All the veterinarians are well-experienced and experts in the field. We had to take our dogs for sterilization. And it was done quickly with out any issues. They also treat cats and birds and mostly other animals too. If you go by car, theres enough parking space within the compound itself.

A good and warm place for your pets. I like their quick and personalized attention. Much recommended.

I went to felican hospital in muvatupuzha about 2 weeks ago with my pet dog for treating her for decreased food intake and vomiting...... I felt good care for my dog there..... And medicines prescribed was very effective..... Now she is very much active and she is taking food as she does before..... Thank youThey had A grooming centre.... But I actually dont know how their grooming session is......

Dr. Sunil is definitely a well reputed and good doctor and the hospital reached the current fame due to him. But currently with the crowd they are managing it terribly. Most of the time its the junior doctors who attend the pet. Also senior/junior doctors dont have time to sit and listen to your pet and pet history as you have a long queue of pets already waiting. As a pet parent like me who wants the best for my dog this is not the place now. Also they seriously need to work on sanitisation of tables and strollers and it is part I am most frustrated about the place as chances of infection spread is really high with the current model. Definitely needs rework on management style.

Doctors are very good and knowledgable. I take my pets to them frequently. But the day boarding is not something i would suggest someone. It is not maintained properly my pets got kennel cough for which they have not taken proper responsibility for it.

My puppy was diagnosed with canine parvo virus. And I took my puppy to a government veterinary hospital and the doctor said that they cant save my puppy and like sorry we cant treat your puppy here. Then i traveled 30kms from my location to felican hospital. Then like angels they saved my puppy.. They are working with passion. People might think that it is a private hospital and they are so expensive. But for those who love pet and who want to save your pets, just dont waste a second thinking where to go... I strongly recommend everyone felican hospital.

All seems good except mosquitoes inside hospital

They dont know how to treat birds please dont take your birds there .they prescribed antibiotics for 7 days for our cocktail pair and after giving it to them they started becoming weak and one of them died within 2 days.not sure abt the other I have thrown away those medicines and giving my own now praying the other one survives

I visited the doctor for my puppy husky’s skin infection, this is not the first time i am visiting felican. But i must say whenever i have gone i never had good experience. The doctors are nice but not the staffs, they are very unprofessional that they miss to add the medicines that were billed, we need to recheck the items before we leave, staff today spoke to me so rude on phone and were playing fraud while i raised complaint against the missing order. The sad part is that there is not even feedback mechanism from customer point even though they are greedy about money. Worst service and i never prefer going to the hospital again.

Please dont take your pets here! My puppy, who was 2 months passed away 5 days back. Its was really shocking for us to accept her demise. I got her wen she was nearly 1 month old... Immediately i took her to this pet hospital for checkup. They told she is underweight and Can be vaccinated after 1 month only. Exactly after one month i took her for the 1st shot of vaccination. They told she will b having fever n tiredness for 2 - 3days. First 2 days she was fyn after that she stopped having food , and was having diarrhea. I called the hospital and asked whether is it ok that she is not having food they told its because of the vaccination. After 2days she completely losed her weight n she was very weak. We immediately took her to this hospital , they provide her with drip and took her blood for test. After 1 hour they told she is infected with parvo virus. I read about this virus afterward, it is clearly mentioned in that it can be transmitted from a infected dog or utensils but she never came in contact with a dog indirectly or directly from our surrounding. We dont know from where she got this infection. As we know parvo is a very contagious fatal disease ,but the hospital faculty never took care of avoiding the spread of virus because after treating my puppy, the staff didnt even change their gloves or sanitized the table. I really want them to check on there cleanliness.

My puppy had severe infection & we took him to hospital they gave few medicine within a week it got so worst and then we had few video consultation, they give a new ointment or lotion on every call and infection continued spreading. Okay, so to sum my whole experience up, here are the details:1. vetinary consultation is very very affordable. It only cost about 150 Rs or so, to get my cat checked, his back hair trimmed, clean his ears (the North Indian nurse did a pretty good job at that), and put ear drops in his ears.All this cost less than 200 Rs.2. Okay, not gonna lie, the medicines are not as affordable as the consultation and vetinary services. In fact, the medicines are pretty expensive (just so you know).3. The pet store is a one - stop shop. You get everything there, ranging from pet toys, to pet wines! The pet wines are non alcoholic of course.We bought pet wipes, pet deodorant, pet shampoo, pet grooming brushes (2), a litter box, a litter scooper, a collar, and a really cute feeding bowl.All of this cost about 2500 Rs or less. As you can see, pet supplies from their pet store is a bit expensive, but not crazy expensive.4. the services are really good. They will do nearly anything you ask of them (unless they know better, like if you request them to do something dangerous or possibly harmful to your pet), and they do everything with perfection and sincerity.Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Felican, and will definitely go there again. I rate it 5 stars for their services.

Very nice place for pets staffs are very friendly

Please take your pets here only for minor health problems like a fever or stomach issue. We trusted them with our puppy’s hernia correction. The procedure was done well but we were not informed about post procedure care. We had to push the doctor to tell us how to care for him after the procedure. After about a week two stitches broke and the service to stitch again was a pain and not professionally done by the junior vets. Finally we ended up taking our pup to another vet couple next door. Horrible service
