In my view this shop name ROMS N RAKS is little attractive to clients, right...!And the name is too good.I have seen most the products of this shop are top brands nah... Mainly the staffs, all of them are friendly and they treating the clients nicely... The grooming section all too good...I think almost items are available here that whatever a pets need... Good atmosphere... am happy to visit this shop...Happy customer😀

The best in Cochin, they are always busy, the have almost all products and theyre really professional in their approach to their job, customers. Now this has been our experience...Its the Lulu Hyper for Pets in Cochin...they are clearly doing well...as they are expanding their reach, coming as close as possible wherever they have their clients...within Ernakulam...new stores opening, a new pet Café in the pipeline...a couple of franchise opportunities being offered...so in a nutshell..they have the vision, they have resources, they have the right intent...and these in todays business world are easy to find....thanks

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Roms N Raks support staff. I took my Mac (🐱) for grooming and as soon as I entered, the staff reacted very fast. They are well knowledgeable and treat your pet like our. I still remember the staff name- Arya, a well trained girl who did all taks in very nice manner. Even Mac, again my 🐱 bited her on multiple places and I can see that it was bleeding. When I approached her saying thanks and to take care of the cut marks, you wont believe the reply which I got. It was not to worry sir, he is naughty and this small cut is nothing to me. Im super happy 😁 here and surely will visit soon. Keep up the good work Arya. 👍

Best groomers in kochi. There services are of top rating.Recently i have taken my doogie for grooming.i have never seen my doggie sitting so patiently and silently. The single star Im providing is for their collection of items and the way its arranged.Other than that, was totally disappointed with the visit. The staff did not have the courtesy to help or guide. Observed 2 guys attending on one customer 😡. So we picked up two three items that we could find on the shelf and moved towards the cash counter for another disappointment. No queue system being followed, had to wait till they finished 2 other customers known to the staff who came much later to the Q.Last but not the least, the security guy was busy picking stuff insidethe store, instead of doing his duty of guiding the customer car on to the highway.Happy to have got away from the place. 🙏

Poor for large dogs. Staff are not trained to handle large dogs and it is a stressful experience for the owner. Grooming session was underwhelming. Great collection of dog food though.Update: The store acknowledged my concerns and promised to address them. Appreciate the gesture and I will give another try.

It is a very good shop for the pets in the city. They are maintaining a brand value by ensuring the quality of the products. But I felt, the price of the products are a little bit higher.

Good. You get most pet care things here.i have got most of what I was looking for except when it was put of stock. They may be one of the larger stores around and so the options. I have not tried the grooming section here because I mostly always depend on vet but I probably would the next time because I hear good things. I will update about the service after that.

Nice place. Helpful staff assistance. Found the place bit smelly bcos of pets (not a complaint though). Some of the prices, I found was exorbitant. It would be nice if there were supermarket baskets to put in purchases. Billing desk doesnt have a place to put the products while paying. Bit cumbersome there.

Took my 3 month old Persian cat for grooming yesterday. Heard a lot of the place. We asked to give her medical bath. Coming out of the store she started vomiting white foam continuously. Panicked, we took her to pet hospital. Where they gave her injection. Today morning she started vomiting foam again. Wasn’t eating and drinking . The vet recommended her to get admitted and given drip. Apparently the shampoo wasn’t removed properly from her coat. They aren’t jus pets they are like children. We wouldn’t want any other people to go through the same situation.

The shop is big and everything for your pet is available there. But the experience I got from there was not much big. I went there for purchasing few objects for my pet, but the lady who attended me was compelling me to buy the product which she was taking, even I didnt offered a chance to check other products, which there was a huge collection. Poor performance from the particular person, who seems not like a sales staff.

Great pet store, its very clean and good variety of pet supplies. I wish they get stock of missing supplies especially food sooner and have more variety of cat toys.But all in all great store.But some other things that was more concerning , is the staff doesnt wear mask or wear the mask on neck and thats concerning during pandemic. Please make mask mandate and help save people from getting virus. I will update the review ,once I see they take more precautions relating to pandemic.

Best place for grooming your dogs or cats. The staffs are very friendly. They treat your pet with care. And most of all you can always see what is being done to your loved one unlike many other places where you are not allowed to see what they do. I trimmed, washed, trimmed nails and even gave a flea treatment for my persian cat. I gave a whooping 1400RS for all the above but it was worth it. They did exactly what I said. There is a African Grey Parrot which keep you entertained while your pet is being attended. For serious hair trimming it might take half a day (I had to wait from around 11AM in the morning to around 3PM afternoon). You also get all kinds of cat, dog, bird as well as some reptile supplies in this store too. Hope this helped someone, Cheers👍👍.

A professional grooming parlour for dogs in Kochi. My dog is a rescue and was quite terrified of grooming but these ppl have a way with making them feel comfortable. Ive been there only thrice so far, but I can already see the difference! The products they use are also quite good. Its a super hygienic place and they keep the grooming areas clean all the time.Apart from grooming, they also have a store full of products for all kinds of pets. Right from food to accessories and training equipment, these guys have it all.

The team of Roms n Raks are perhaps the best pet care people in Kochi. Our boxer was infested with tics owing to his infinite adventures in the wild. The team did a brilliant job, right from picking him up to giving him a lovely medicated bath, pedi mani and the medication for the infection. He was so happy with the pampering that he just was not ready to come to us, and latched on to Ashiq, the sweetest team member who picked and dropped him. God bless each one of you. These guys are just AMAZING!! Being a first time pet owner, we had a lot of apprehensions, questions, fears and what not. One chat with Rony at Roms & Raks and having seen the way Rajesh and Sreeram take care of our lil boy, we were all positive and overjoyed. This place is quite easy to find, on the main road itself. (Google map for a change doesnt deceive you lol) Parking is available just behind the shop. Might be a tad difficult for bigger cars if there are cars already present. Do note that they have another branch next to one of the metro stations.The shop is quite stocked. Well lit as well. It does get a bit congested in there but that is totally offset by the fact that you are treated to a variety of lovely dogs and cats in there who are in and out of the place for their grooming services.As a first time pet owner, Arun was extremely extremely helpful in patiently explaining the nitty-gritty of the kinda feeds as well hygiene requirements. I really did appreciate that quite a lot. It does get confusing in there when it comes to selecting stuff, so pls do ask for help. Again, this is if you are a first timer. I would also recommend calling ahead to find out if your particular brand of food/grooming/vitamin requirements are in stock or not.Overall, a huge thumbs up.Open on all days

Very happy with the grooming. They were professional and also made my pet feel comfortable with the grooming.

People with no knowledge about dogs stand there. I specifically mentioned I have a puppy and they kept giving me adult variants. For a tablet, I asked them repeatedly, if it was okay for puppies to use it and though they said very confidently that it is, my dog started puking because it was meant for adults only. Dont trust what the guys there tell you and do your own research.
