Its a clean lean office works only on appointment. Its close to a metro station in MG Road and accessible from ernakulam town station. Additional info - If you are a Nri, you cannot apply through any of the Bls service center. Please do not waste your time visiting the center. You will not find this information in any of the websites. I spent days to fix appointments and travel to this place but without any success.

Very good experience at the center, the person in charge does it very professionally and nice attitude.This is my second experience and Midhun who handles it is extremely helpful person!

Nice place.. Well organized.. Staff Mr. Midhun was extremely helpful and systematic.. But need one more submission counter as found Mr. Midhun struggling really hard to meet all scheduled appointments

Planned a trip to Spain for my honeymoon. They made sure I had no problem in getting the visa.

Very systematic and fast processing of visa application. But I had a bad experience with BLS. I am from Kollam. I need to travel 5 hours to reach BLS. I had an appointment.I travelled all the way from Kollam to ernakulam on the same day. But 2 hours before appointment I got call from BLS saying that office is not opening on particular day. I need to come on another day. Unnecessarily I had to travel for the whole day. They should have to inform atleast a day before.
