Very poor supporting and shameful bank in India

Worst experience in applying for a new debit card, its been months, no reply from the bank side, I got the worst relationship manager mr. Vibhu prathak

Irresponsible thats the title which suits them. Not even bother to answer the phone. Pathetic

Pathetic service!! After multiple attempts to connect SC customer care agent thru Phone banking, I finally went to Ravipuram branch office..I told the staff the concern ive with bank charges and also Ive told her that Ive tried to connect phone banking, due to long queue for hours, Ive reached your branch. To my surprise the lady told me that we are not offering any service here & you have to connect phone banking agent for any service..This is not the service i expected from SC bank....

Worst experience. Arrogant staff. Here customers are treated as slaves. A lady next to front door thinks that customers are useless creatures. She didn’t show any respect.

Formerly ANZ Grindlays Bank branch. They were the first ones to set up ATM and single window individual customers banking transaction in Ernakulam.Breeze banking App and online transactions are very simple compared to complicated process of other banks.Good service and good location.Im having account in this branch since July 1996.
