Fraudsters in service. My LED TV was given for repair and said the backlight is complaint, we need to replace. They charged me Rs.2600+ for replacement. One year later, same problem arise and I give the TV to another repair shop as the Reliance Resq service centers are closed during lockdown. Then we found that the bad LED was not replaced, it was removed and soldered by Resq. So, I gave Rs.2600/- for soldering. I was fooled by saying it was replaced.

Reliance Service Centre available in Ernakulam.Near North railway station. Poor service.

Delay. Took more than 35 days to replace my laptop keyboard.

There is no option to give 0 stars .. dont go for their service i got my laptop serviced by them, and they uses low quality duplicate parts, while purchasing the service they said they will use genuine parts only.

The laptop 8gb ram given by the thieves for repair was returned after 4 months. It had been a few days since I realized, and then when I called and inquired, it returned as I had given it. These people are theives dont bring your devices here if you dont want to have the same bad experience as me
