THEY ARE IN EVERY WAY, VIOLATING CONSUMER RIGHTS:1. Until now, they do not give us the basic rights to choose our own channel sets. They give wanted few with unwanted lot in an overpriced package.2. They took our original ST box as we requested to repair and bring it back. They gave a temporary one, which is of someone elses, and they did not bring our original one. We are still using someone elses. And this has been happening the 3rd time. This time, we dont even know whose box it is, so cant choose channels using TRAI App.3. Their products from ST box to basic remote is easily vulnerable to malfunction. They convince people to fall in this scam.

Very bad, told them to give me a new connection and handed me with a set top box and told me to do it by myself since it was Covid. My Appu mamman tried to install it by climbing a pole but unfortunately got electrocuted. Luckily no one was injured.

Are you not even interested to provide new connections? They why do you take the pain of doing this business? Worst customer service and support i have ever seen in india. Totally waste of money.Nobody is bothered to attend a customer and their issues. Evey month atleast 5-6days will have their network issues , actually that they dont bother but DEN very sincere that they will cut your network exactly midnight of each month end if u do not recharge. I never suggest den for anyone. Please try do not take den connection.

I didnt get the privilege of experiencing the broadband connection of DEN. Because they are too lazy to install a broadband connection in my room. Everytime when I call them they tell that they will install it by tomorrow. But nothing happened . I think they are not interested in taking a new connection from a new customer. Customers who seeking new broadband connection please dont take DEN

1. #fraud charges money wont show channels2. Poor service and would say one can cancel thier subscription if it isnt resolved. How convenient of them.!!!Which we would agtag but then wont return our deposit back. Consumer court looming for this place!!!3. Customer care is useless either unresponsive or would just keep on repeat the same thing.4. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

This network has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.......no one attend the call.....seeing their attitude,I feel as if they r paying the money and we r watching....Whoever be the customer care incharge shud b given a slap on his face....New users please dont use this network better try another one who cares for the money we pay.......Especially the Kochi office is packed with a bunch of idiots.....

They charge us for the bill we have already paid last month.. Last Dec they collected bill till Dec and gave us receipt till Nov.. I brought this to their notice and the women who had come to collect money told me verbally that they have collected till Dec 2018 . And told me to ignore it as their pos machine Is set that way.. She assured me i neednt pay for Dec.. This time today when they collected money from my husband she told we have pending dues since Dec 2018 till feb2019. For which we have to pay 553rs ( Dec 200+ Jan 200+feb 153) . My husband paid them and asked for a printed receipt but this time they said they dont provide one and we would get SMS for our payment.. Only after they left we got the message that we have paid till jan 2019. I was shocked .. Its utter robbery in d broad day light.. I dont know how many of us have ever noticed about this cheating. Im highly disappointed with them. Earlier i thought it was a mistake and took them for granted.. But now i am convinced that people managing den network in north fort tripunithura is highly dishonest and big cheats..

I have tried calling the number that is listed here a mumnum of times. They never answer the phone. Useless service. Even if you speak to an office in another location they dont direct you on how to get a new connection in your locality.

No one will pick up your phone. Better dont purchase Den. Irresponsible peoples. Trapped by giving 1 year subscription and now most of channels are not viewing including Sun Netrwork Channels & Not a single English channel. Waste of Money.

As I moved to Cochin, I approached 3 major cable tv providers and I am happy to share with you that DEN TV franchisee has given a brand new STB for Rs.1100 and a new HD box with all advanced features at Rs.1600 with 3 months free HD channels..All other cable TV providers have quoted much more and one guy has quoted double the amount of DEN has offered..The quality of picture is amazing and Super..Reccomend to all..With DEN HD box you can convert ur old TV to a “Smart TV” by using their dongle which cost only Rs.275/-

Worst cable service providers in kerala. I was customer in Kakkanad, Thuthiyoor area . During the installation they provided the channel list and after 23 days all the good channels were switched off and they are asking for more money to add blocked channels. We will get HD package from ACV /DTH if we pay that much amount. We wont be able to get the amount we paid during the installation. They said will give 50% but will deduct the last month rent. It was again wrong as they collected one month rent as advance. Please dont select this network for your home....if you pay the same amount you will get minimum 6 months free package. DEN has nothing like that. I am talking about the Kakkanad - Thuthiyoor area...

They dont have a stable customer service, all the time phone is off. When service goes we dont have a correct number to call them. Service will be connected whenever it wants.Dont even recommend this to anyone.
