I took my second dose of covid vaccine from Rajagiri hospital. It wasnt crowded for vaccination. But they made us wait for about an hour to get it done. Staffs are good. Hospital is having huge parking space, parking and vaccination area is very far away.

Since there are various departments functioning together, the references or inter departmental consultations are possible.There is ample parking area.Even if one is travelling in personal vehicle, I would recommend to take the bus route to commute from Aluva to Rajagiri hospital. One of the best hospitals in Kerala. Dr Balagopal Nair has done a very nice job. Cleanest hospital. Superb facilities. Supporting staff is excellent. Except one nurse, named Deepa, who is careless. She needs councelling. Room service is excellent, Canteen the cleanest.

They have some really good doctors, advanced equipments and facilities.. Behaviour of majority of the staff is warm and welcoming..At times I felt they are doing some tests/scans/medications just for the sake of it.. The ac room we were admitted was really good(cleaning and maintanence done in time)...But I felt the bill was a a bit too much....

Worst experience. Had to wait hours together to consult doctor. The gastro departmnt is highly irresponsbile. There are no enough staffs to mobilise wheelchair. I myself had to move the patient in wheel chair.According to the front offuce, appointmnt is given just to report and it is not to meet the doctor. One can consult with the doctor as and when they are available ;not as per the time given through appoinment.No higher authorities to approach to complain.

The hospital is maintained very well. And it is surrounded by lots of trees, I really liked that idea. You can really feel good air, when you enter into the hospital. I came here for my executive master health check up, so far the experience is too good. They have a good amount of parking space, however it is been mentioned that you can park your vehicles at your own risk :)To the hospital management: I really didnt like the idea of giving a tag to wear in the hand, instead why dont you provide a sticker which can be placed anywhere in our clothes.

I was in Rajagiri Hospital at Aluva for a couple of days, undergoing a major surgery and related treatment under very popular and most efficient doctors. Dr, Suby T. S. and Dr. Sanju Cyriac. Their affectionate demeanor, concern and care gave me a feeling of my own. That in itself cured me faster than the incredible treatment they rendered, The TLC of the nursing sisters made me feel that I was in a “ home away home”. Their kind words were like the language of the angels. The devoted way they carry out their duties is unmatched. Above all, it comes at a reasonable cost. I have been pleasantly apprised that the nurses and the support staff are able to perform to every patient’s satisfaction due to the encouragement, motivation and directions given by the doctors, the CMI priests and specially the Director Achan. 1. Excellent Doctors. I had gone for a surgery. It was completed without any complications. No unnecessary tests etc. were recommended. Everything was handled very professionally. I feel very confident in their medical expertise.2. Food served by the F&B department is very good. However, internal coordination of taking orders can be improved.3. About the health insurance desk, the relevant information on how much cost will be covered by insurance was provided accurately. However, being an in-network hospital, the cost should be better covered.4. Cleaning staff is very diligent. All facilities are cleaned thoroughly.5. Nursing staff is very professional and provide the necessary care.6. There are adequate car parking spacesOverall a very good hospital, just some improvements can make it perfect.

Poorest service. Tried booking an appointment several times in the morning but nobody responded . Finally gave up by evening thats when someone called from rajagiri saying they are calling seeing the missed call and gave me another number to call instead of booking an appointment. Whats the use of a hospital if this is the way you handle patients? If somebody comes with an accident no action will be taken till the patient dies. Horrible service

HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!We have brought a patient to Rajagiri hospital on 4th July 2021 around 6pm at critical condition. However, even without seeing the patient, just by looking in to the x-ray the casuality doctor has denied admission saying that its TB.We have travelled 2 hours to Rajagiri, trusting that we would get a good treatment from you. Unfortunately we had to go back.Later we shifted her to another hospital in Kottayam and she has been diagonised with Stills disease.I am highly dissapointed by the way, the casuality doctor handled her case. Being a healthcare worker, I cannot accept these poor level of care from such a big brand, Rajagiri.HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Situated 5kms away from Aluva you might have to go in your personal vehicle or taxi as public transport is scarce. Overall facilities are good and adequate parking is also available. Restaurant is also pretty decent as well.The doctors are good and are very attentive. Thats the biggest advantage here. Ive consulted with at least 9-10 doctors for my parents and all of them were exceptional. Rates are pretty decent considering the standard of the hospital and the facilities provided.The staff are seriously overworked and it shows in their behavior. Be ready to face rejection and ignorance from the staff.Most days, appointment timings are missed cos of various reasons. So be ready to waste a LOT of time as well. Like most hospitals, THEY dont care about OUR time.You will get 4 consultations per appointment which costs around INR 250-350 which is pretty okay. But the these consultations should be made within 14 days which isnt practical.Admissions are confusing, they dont guide you properly. Insurance desk is cooperative though. Once admitted, in-patient services are really good.Pharmacy is a complete scam. They take forever to give you medicines and the procedure is confusing as hell . Pharmacy staff behavior isnt great either. Generic medicines are not available as expected and some medicines are costly as well (brand tie-ups). So completely avoid pharmacy whenever possible.

Pathetic service from Pharmacy staff at ground floor near Urology OP.My father, a multiple myloma patient under doctor Mobins treatment had to wait in wheel chair for 2+ hours due to delay from pharmacy staff. Dr.Balagopal directed to change cathedral bagafter check up and had to wait for more than 2 hours to get it changed. Pharmacy staff told that it is out of stock which caused the delay. Are you purchasing it on demand from outside medical shopor other hospitals? A hospital that claims to be a multispeciality hospital dont have sufficient stock?? or do your staff need 2 hours to collect it from other pharmacy? Is it the right way to treat an aged (72) cancer patient?Also service from billing side is really poor. We have to wait atleast 3-4 hours (5-8hours on some days) after discharge to get the bill.We have already submitted all details on your google form. Kindly look into this and take necessary steps.

Horrible experience at the front door! Felt racism!!! Lack of professionalism!!!I have taken an appointment for my mother today at Rajagiri, i.e., 9th July 2021. We are from Kollam. My wife and I accompanied our mother to the hospital. We started early morning @5’o clock and reached the hospital by 11’o clock. I dropped my mother and wife at the front door and went to park the car. When I came back, the security at the front door denied me from entering the hospital. I asked him what the reason was, and he told me that only one bystander could accompany the patient due to Covid restrictions. I totally understood the situation and was waiting just outside the front door. As I observed, he was letting more than two bystanders for a patient who came just after me, and also, he was randomly letting people in without even asking anything. So I just enquired to him whether this rule was applicable to “some people” only. His response was like, I am quoting the exact words that he had said to me, “I identify people by their looks and know who I should let in,” and he also said that “He doesn’t have to answer to my query”!!! Is this the way that the management and employees treat the people coming to your hospital for treatment?After this incident, I waited outside and my wife and mother have consulted two doctors over there. One of them from cardiology and the other from the rheumatology department. We are 100% satisfied with the consultancy of the cardiology doctor. However, our experience was not good with the rheumatologist. His attitude was as if he was giving us free treatment!!! We are coming to your hospital with the hope that we will get better medical attention and care than any other hospital. Is this the way that you treat people who trust your service? Would you please try to be more professional with the right attitude?This is the first time I am getting an awful experience with Rajagiri. I used to tell my colleagues and family that Rajagiri provides the best service and treatment. Today, it has changed upside down.

Front line staff is a bit slow, prepare to wait when you go there.In pharmacy also you have to wait for an hour and a half atleast.Doctors are friendly as in any other private expensive hospitals.Be prepaired to spend 15-20% extra more than that of its counterparts in the district.

I have visited the hospital for meternity treatment for last 7 months... In every visit, we got appointment for scanning and consulting. Every time we use to wait atleast 2 hr for start the scanning proceedure and spend a whole day for a visit. Its very poor system than govt hospital. And they are charging a huge amount for every test/ scanning. I will never recommend this hospital for a treatment. Fed up with service

I went for a dental filling for my cavities with my sister. They are experimenting with junior doctors who are newly passed. Not proper treatment. Scaling has to be done twice because it wasnt properly done here. Wasting money.

I had really bad experience with this hospital. I lost my mother. I do agree that she had previous health issues but Im damn sure there was some serious error from hospital side. My mother had heart valve replacement surgery and it took many days to recover from it. Once she started walking hospital forced to discharge her. She readmitted very next day due to heavy bleeding and doctors took longer time to make a decision.They did more than one surgery to stop it. But still dont know whether it was right decision.Later on we lost her because platelets count was going extremely down and doctors were unable to find the reason. I would really appreciate the care and love of nursing staffs and few honest doctors. So please think many times before you go to this hospital. We had lost huge amount of money and our mother.

It was on 04/May/2021, I had been admitted to rajagiri hospital due to severe covid pnemonia. At that time my health condition was very critical and I was in ventilator for almost a week. from the very first day of admission in rajagiri, I could experience the selfless care by the critical care team including all the doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, RT ,RRT and other team members. And I strongly believe it is only due to their timely service which helped me to return to my normal life and able to rejoin with my family.I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitudetowards everyone in Critical care unit and other departments in Rajagiri, especially Dr. Jaicob Varghese, Dr. Shyam, Dr. Meera, Dr. Melvin, Dr. Korath, Dr. Pai and other doctors in the team Br. Nitheesh, Sr. Anna, Sr.Bessy, Sr. Merin , Sr.Ashna, Sr.Anju, Sr.Stinimol, Sr.Jomol, Bella and all others in the team for your continuous care and motivation.I would also like to mention how the team was very kind and supportive towards my family during all the time.Thankyou somuch!

We are completely satisfied on the service provided from Surgical Oncology department under Doctor Subi T.S and Doctor Nirmal Ganesh. However the attitude and behaviour from most of the security staff completely rude and arrogant. I didnt experienced such a bad behaviour from any of the hospitals i gone before. May be there education matters and I think il literacy leads to the attitude. But I request you to gave them proper training on how to behave people coming to hospital. My feeling is that need improvements in overall coordination of services and procedures provided in the hospital. I think take necessary feedback from in/out patient directly by a guest relationship member from guest department team. A simple survey form doesnt make everything clear. Also make a complaint registration section in the front office. This is not making sense that hospital is not good. If improve in co ordination, then Hospital can come to best and number one in kerala. Infrastructure, Food and overall services are fabulous. The Nursing care is also valuable and priceless. All medical non medical staff except security team are very good and kind hearted.

Truly humbled as a mere human being to the core for the past 3-4 weeks, with angels all around, dressed in white or blue and faces unseen.Having shifted to Rajagiri in a critical condition with Covid pneumonia, I was under the care of an excellent team of doctors and angels for almost two weeks.Thanking everyone in Critical care and other departments in Rajagiri, especially Dr. Jaicob, Dr. Shyam, Dr. Meera, Dr. Melvin, Dr. Korath, Dr. Pai and other doctors in the team, Della, Br. They were trying their best to keep my morale high, constantly assuring that my condition is improving and were arranging newspapers and magazines once out of Cpap.When Sr. Bessy came to me after shifting to step down ICU, it took me sometime to realize that , it is almost impossible to recognize those angels once out of their PPE.Breathing has been improving constantly, and with little exertion to rebuild the lost muscles to be able to walk properly, results were encouraging.Once again thanking each one of you from the bottom of my heart for your care and prayers, moral support and assistance offered to me and my family at this very crucial and critical situation.

Never ever felt like a hospital inside, even it its crowded we dont feel much conjunction mostly we see in many hospitals in Kerala. I consulted with Dr. Reju Joseph for my baby, a gentleman who has explained all the medical things in detail. Later he has successfully executed my kids surgery here. The financial counselling will give us a speculation of the amount occurs for the treatments here. I really appreciate the efforts they take for a well equipped hospital management software which will automatically send you the notifications for collecting reports and confirming the appointments.Only one demerit I could see here is the OP consultation, which need to be improved furthermore with numbering or accurate timing.Pros: 1. Conveniently located in the highway side (Aluva - Munnar)2. Hospital structure is well planned and executed which enhances managing spaces in a better way where we dont feel any conjunctions3. Ambiance parking with lots of greenary will give a bit of shade for your vehicle.4. There are almost 6 counters in the Registration section which will give us a very limited waiting time. This system is applicable in many sections too.5. Qualified doctors who care about patients life6. Friendly staffs especially security staffs7. Well maintained environment (Rooms and toilets are very clean)8. For the reports we dont need to wait in the counter, instead system automatically send you the messages once its ready to collect.9. There are billing counters in each floor which will save your time from a big crowd in the billing section what we see in many hospitals.Cons: 1. OP booking system need to get improved with accurate timing2. Need how may I assist you? staffs or desks in each floor.3. Takes little time for medicines to get transferred to rooms (for In patients) which need to be solved.

Hospital with world class facilities, treatment and hospitality .... But not affordable to common men eventhough it is managed by CMI Christian Missioneries...In Rajagiri Hospital Money is God.. Not Christ...My father has been admitted to this hospital last week of November 2018 due to Ischemic stroke, on reference from St James Hospital Chalakudy.The emergency team lead by Dr Vadivelu was rushed to the Ambulance and get appraised the situation without losing a second and taken to casuality and further to NICU and administered Intravenous injection of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA).The emergency care department & Neurology Departments are world class and indeed deserve all praise for their readiness and immediate action to save the patients ..It is lead by Dr Gigi Kuruthukulam and all doctors in Neurology Department are very much reachable and helpful.The only cons i have observed is due to some target pressure it seems they are frequently rely upon machine interventions to taking any kind of medical decision.Like a Maths Professor who is Using a calculator for multiplying a number with 100 and charging you for Calculator.Which inflated my medical bill exponentially.All medicines& medical devices used are charged at MRP but which is available at 15% to 30% discount at local medical shops.Customer dont have any option to purchase any medicine from outside. When our loved ones are in danger it is very easy for emotional black mailing.The Administration seems to be so greedy.The nursing department actually stolen my heart..Most of the Nursing staff are really angels who embodied Florence Nightingale in flesh & blood.The hospital administration employed Marketing Managers who will approach you for Councilling..Their duty is to asssess your worthiness.In plain malayalam , in the words of famous cine actor Late Kalabhavan Mani, കാശ് ഉള്ളവൻ കത്തോലിക്ക.. അല്ലാത്തവൻ തൊലിക്ക....The Insurance Help desk is also very helpful.They swing into action immediately and sent the necessary documents for pre authorisation.The hospital have ample parking facilities.The Canteen of the Hospital is very neat and hygiene. The hospital administration will not permit you to take food or beverages to hospital surely to promote Managements Hotel Business.But they are prompt to deliver your orders at your Room. Food to patients are provided by the hospital as per the expert advice of a dietitian.The house keeping team always maintaining the hospital neat, clean and hygenic..The Security Department also worth a mention. Eventhough rude on some occasions their service is well above our expectations..Will return for an edit after getting final bill....

Had visited two days back and met 2 doctors. Hospital facility is good. But the attention and care we receive from main doctors is very low. They are not even hearing fully our concerns and felt that they want to take the patient through the tests and scanning which they already have in mind. Treatment or consultation provided to me by both the departments are not for the concerns I shared with them. Felt that the Treatment is handled in a Commercial manner purely. We are meeting primarily the Assistants who are taking the Medical History from us, and Main Doctors are not spending time with us.

The post operational care is poor in gynecology dept. We cant contact the concerned doctor for advice on difficulties any day other than they are available in op, ie only two days in a week. Even the junior doctors, unlike Aster Mendicity. I had contacted the hospital for the cintact no of the Doctor, when my wife felt fever yesterday, who had undergone hysterectomy 10 days back,but they connected to the casualty, and a casual teply to have paracetamol, without asking any details. Now i have to wait for five days to get the Doctor in op. It is horrible yo the patients suffering difficulties.For the last two days we are trying to contact the doctor, but in fail. This is an irresponsible approach yo the patients.

Dr Murugan Babu is best in ortho ..Better atmosphere and good staffs.

To call a spade a spade , no more than a factory manufacturing money out of the nearly empty pockets of patients - to put it bluntly a billionaire will become a millionaire with just a single visit to the hospital. They have all the equipment except an open mind for poor patients. Just a make believe Corporate.👎

One of the worst hospital I ever visit in kochi.Its purely business. They are here to loot patients for simple issues they will do all tests and earn money, they are here as money making Machine.Took wife for a simple issue insect bite. They did all kind of unwanted blood tests. Not sure why they did ecg for that. So we can confirm that they do all unnecessary test for everything.
