Nice collection of electronic house hold items

I purchased a front load washing machine 1.5 month back. During the purchase, they said there was an offer of 2kg matic liquid along with it.:) As per them, it will be given, along with the machine delivery. On delivery of the equipment, one employee of their store, said the Technician, who will come to give the demo, will bring the liquid. On enquiring with the Technician, he says he is not aware, as its in the purview of the shop who gives the offer. I have issues with the machine, due to it throttling, called them twice and brought into their notice the offer too. They said, they will call back, twice , but no call so far. I have to run behind this, their employees giving false promises.

Extremely bad experience. Went there to purchase a washing machine and here is what I experienced:1. Discount offered: Rs. 150 (yes, a whole one hundred & fifty Rupees)2. Free delivery offered by them! - This when the manufacturer itself offers free delivery!The sales person had no basic etiquette and manners on how to speak to customer.And to top it all off, when I decided not to buy, the guy made a comment: came just for demo! And this is when I lost it.Complained to the Manager, who simply smiled and said Sir, new staff. Absolutely no apology offered.Never again buying from this place ever!!Went to Fridgehouse & made my purchase from there.

The place is packed with a wide range of products - no doubts on that.But had a very bad experience when I visited the store with the plans to buy an AC. The representative showed me a model and explained all the features and gave me a good quote for it. But the funny part was the model didnt have any of features he said verbally. Understood this later when I compared it with the catalog. Read similar reviews about this place. So just be more cautious and double check before you buy.

Went to buy an A/C. wanted to pay by card and manager refused. He asked me to go to the nearest ATM to get cash otherwise he will charge additional tax. Worse service

Worst service, they will talk to you very kindly when you buy something from their store but if it has a complaint they will talk like you did a big mistake. Their customer dealing is very poor. Sales team doesn’t know anything regarding the product they are selling. When I went there to buy stuff there were already other customers fighting due to their behaviour. Unlucky me , eventhough I saw that I still bought a product and heavy electrical consumption eventhough it’s an inverter AC and when I asked they are asking questions like “ why didn’t I say my room is 160sq.ft ?” It’s because my room is 160sqft it’s taking a lot of electricity. How would a normal customer know about all these, it’s the responsibility of the sales agent to educate the customer. I will never recommend this place. Go to other dealers in kochi.

Worst ever customer care..... They dont care a hair about customers... Took more than 4 months to get an A/C.. Still havent delivered... Laaast time i ever purchase from this horrible shop..
