I recently visited the shop and the staff was really rude. They literally started to fight with me when I asked them about my order for which I have paid. I must say they are loosing their concern for customers. Before they were like customers are boss and now the staff behaves like customer can wait and can be served with minimum quality of service. The only good thing happened is the youngest staff there said sorry to me for what happened but I could see he was scared if his seniors would listen him saying sorry. If I ever visit the shop again it will be only because of that staff.

Its worth to taste the North Indian dished from here. The taste are good all all dishes, especially the sweets. Its a small shop near LuLu Mall. If difficult to get the parking slot there. You should find parking by your own.The only thing is the money. They are bit expensive.

Its a pretty good place to try chaats and northern sweets, Kachori was good but not up to the mark for its cost, Pani Puri was decent & Vada Pav wasnt at all up to the mark for its cost. Could conclude that it had a good decent quality but the cost is not at all valuable for the food provided and service is a bit slow.

Samosa chaat, rasmalai, and so much more to try. Its something very very different to what you get from the makeshift stalls. Its a lil expensive, but the food is worth it. It has good service, but the parking is kinda meh. The very very busy highway is going to piss you off because itll take a long while for you to put you car in reverse and back up. Even more when you dont have a co passenger who is willing to get out and beg to oncoming traffic to pause so you can leave.

First of all the place is a little bit congested. Parking is tight. We ordered Aloo tikki chat, which I think could use a little more flavour. Tasted sweet all together. But the Pani puri was really good. The Aloo tikki burger is amazing. I highly recommend you try this. Also one of the best Chole Bhature in kochi. Chats are excellent. You will want to eat everything there. For drinks we ordered badam milk and lassi. Im not a big fan of Rooh Afza in my lassi. Well thats what it tasted like. Badam milk wasnt that great either. Tasted as though they have used the powder to make it.The attached sweet shop can be your last ordering point. Rabdi is absolutely heavenly. So is Rabdi jamun. Yummy jalebies. And absolute winner malai chum chum.

Tried pav bhaji, badam milk and vada pav.. food looked good but the masala used in pav bhaji was some normal masala and not the pav bhaji masala..badam milk was just basic not as expected. Price is high comparatively. Dont know about other outlets and other chaats and sweets available there.

Onion with chilly lemon , sweet lassi and a fried chilly ... Its worth a try .. Pav bhaji is also really tasty ... Its small shop and parking is tight ... But taste is worth it ... Aloo tika chat is also good .. there are lot of sweets options too.. take away option is good

The combo includes balance milk and gulab jamun. In a way one gets 2 desserts, that is with the chole bature you get the pineapple jellabi & gulag jamun. The pav bhaji as usual was really mouth watering.Foods were really enjoyed & eaten.Had the samosa chat , request have it before it melts in your mouth 🤭

I wanted to satisfy my sweet cravings today so I opened SWIGGY to order something and the first thing that came to my mind was Jalebi. I started drooling as soon as I saw the pictures of Jalebi. After scrolling through some of the sweet shops I finally selected Bikash Babu Sweets.I gave my order and started waiting for the delivery person. After 30-40 minutes my order arrived. The Jalebis were well prepared and were yellow in color. Normally the color is orange but yellow was also very appealing. The Jalebis were perfectly sized and crunchy but had a little sour taste. My guess, the batter which they used to make them was old or got too much fermented which impacted the taste. Otherwise it would have been one the best Jalebis Ive ever had.

Bilash babu sweets serves the best chaats in the town. I tried Dahi puri, Vada Pav and Bhel Puri. It was really good and filling. You can find a wide variety of chaat here. Paani puri is not as good as expected. Motichur Laddu is really tasty and is very soft. I loved it. The price is very affordable.Enough parking space for 2 wheelers. The service by the staff was really good. They were very humble and served us with lots of happiness. Will surely come back for more Dahi Puri😍

Review №35

Avoidable. Clean and hygienic but the experience was massively underwhelming. Ive had chaat all across the country, and dont remember such a disappointing experience after spending a fortune.. Had ordered,1. Vada pav - It was a sweet bun instead of pav. Can understand sourcing authentic ingredients could be an issue, but a plain bread would had been better than sweet bun. Vada was good, but too much of chutney killed the flavour. Suggestion - Change the bread, provide chutney additionally, let customer put is as per their taste. Avoid Onions.. Let it be a Vada pav, and not try to make it a burger..2. Pani puri - Was good, but please see puri doesnt have holes in the bottom.. All Puris had holes which made it cumbersome to eat..3. Bhel Puri - Strictly avoidable. Overdose of chutneys and curries.. Bhel Puri should be light and tangy with a hint of Hot, sweet and tangy chutneys.. The chutneys should complement the bhel and not overpower.. Couldnt even finish it.4. Jilebi - was good, would had been better if served hot..

Review №38

Mixed reviews. The Rasagulla was spoiled and yet they kept it for sale - something which was not at all expected from a brand. Especially at a time when smaller bakeries and sweetshops have started taking more care of their quality and hygiene to retain customers.Motipak, Kajukatli and Samosas were yummy. No complaints here. The Mango lassi felt like mixed with a chemical - yuck and they charged 75/- for it!!!!So, all in all I will never buy their milk/curd based sweets! But, if at all I feel tempted to buy them and find its spoiled, then I will go directly to the health dept. and complain against them with the bill handy and also make a live video if possible, then and there at the store. Shouldnt let go of such misses because that then gives them the confidence to push these inedible and spoiled food products to customers.Other aspects:-Ambience: Nothing much, they have a seating on the first floor.Parking: Only on the roadside. So, other than Bikash Babu Sweets there are a few eateries that serve Arabian food, Biriyani, juices etc. in the same complex one after the other, all present side-by-side.

I was a happy customer of Bikash Babu till today. The food which I bought today tasted pathetic. The worst Bhel Puri ever had in my life. It never tasted like it and the only thing which I could taste was of chilly. More than bhel I could find the chillies around. Very poor quality of food these days. It had more quantity but tasted very bad. I had bought dahi puris along and the packing was terrible of both chaat. I had bought them earlier and it was in good condition. Repurchased with the same thought and it was a very terrible experience.

Pathetic customer service.Im a frequent visitor of bikashbabu since 2018, Ive been coming here since they started their first outlet at kaloor kadavanthara road. Their sweets are awesome, that goes without saying but what gets on my nerve is ttheir customer service; they have absolutely hopeless customer service, it has only got worse since theyve established a name for themselves. So one fine day I decided to buy some sweets for the family. The bill came around 900+, I got to the store on my two wheeler that has no built in storage. So I asked the staff for a shopping bag(cloth, plastic or something), Im no Cheapskate by any means and was more than happy to pay for the shopping bag but the staff was very rude to me and just basically ignored my requests to give me something to carry all those sweets. I had to tuck the sweets under mt shirt and carry them home. Over the years theyve almost doubled the price for every single product there. Despite paying such high prices they have absolutely no regard for their customers.Youve lost a loyal customer bikas babu, congratulations.
