1 star is also more than extra.Many times I feel like they are involved in froud calls and they are leaking our bank information with those people who are doing froud calls, who are cheating to us.This bank staff also not taking any resposibilities and they are blaming to us.I complained to the staff but you will not get any benefit.Simply its like their staff is arranging froud calls.Be alert for this.Dont believe blindly on their staff..Froud staff....

Govt of India needs to close dis types of bank nothing costumer service they never picks calls of costumers not gives any solution to costumer i suggest to ppls never open account in AXIS BANK by my experience if possible i give -5 to dis bank
