Great ambiance, located a little away from main road. So is silent place. Had a good time with my cousins and bachha party.

Great Place.From an environmental perspective- They have destroyed the nearby forest. They could make a proper sanitation system but they didnt.

Food was good. But the service was bad, It took us 2: 30 hrs just for lunch which include only soup & fried rice for 2person.Less no. Of staff... Or i can say one person was handle or orderin & out.

We stayed at the property for a few days, the rooms, linen and washroom are cleam. Rooms are quite. Ambience of the hotel makes it a relaxing vacation.Menu has been made with great thought and choice. Food meets the taste buds at the right spots. Never expected such a place in a small town like Khatima.Will certainly keep coming back and recommend to others.

Third class quality...third class service...i had to tell waiters to give tissue papers after food...get me a water glass...and they are money hungry...waiters too...i had travel mamy places but i didnt knew..kali mirch chicken takes 1 and half hour to cook...useless hotel i must say !!

Hotel Perchwood is a fantastic hotel to stay at for foreigners. I was recently on a business trip to Khatima and feared that I would not be able to find a hotel that catered to foreigners, given the remoteness of small town. I was thrilled when I found Hotel Perchwood. The hotel is nestled quietly away from the busy, noisy street. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. I could tell the hotel staff and management took pride in their service by the way they kept the rooms and lobby clean. This hotel has a delicious restaurant. The Jungle Café is where I ate breakfast and dinner every day. The menu options consist of both Veg and Non Veg entrees from all over India. As a world traveler I know the importance of sharing my experience at a great establishment like Hotel Perchwood. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all foreigners who are looking for Western comforts.

The Environment is the one which makes this place stand out of all.. Peace, Freshning, Positive and overall fabulous environment is surrounded by this place.. a place where rooms are so fresh and hygienic and provides every amenities that you require for a wonderful stay .. now talking about the food, its all about the cuisines you will find here.. several international cuisines and best indian food is served here.. timely services and best care of a customer is taken.. will definitely recommend a stay and have a fooding experience here.

I have been an regular traveller of khatima due to business work and this was my second stay in this newly opened hotel......overall a nice experience with clean rooms and nice locality but the only minor flaw I acknowledged was their complimentary breakfast which is supposed to be buffet with varieties. my third trip is planned for next week and I believe there is scope for improvement

Ambience is really a delight. Restaurant seating area is well designed nd promptly decorated. The real question is service. Service is poorest, theres no proper addressal of the grievances. No one gives a damn about the customer. I recently went there, afterwards I had to leave table because of extra late service but there was no apology from the side of staff. Moreover, the staff doesnt even bother to listen when u are complaining about something. The guard is a newbie. He doesnt know how to assist in parking. He got me move my car twice after it being parked and that too in a very rude manner. Overall, staff lacked politeness, training, etiquette, and professionalism.

Excellent location. Good and clean rooms. Food is delicious. Owner manages this property on his own, so thats a plus point. Will surely stay and again and recommend everyone who is travelling towards tanakpur or nepal.

Walking into the Milestone is like breathing hospitality.You feel like youre staying in an elegant Victorian home.They anticipate all the things that make for a lovely stay - the aroma that greets you at the door, remembering your name, a lighted candle on your tub at night, different treats at bedtime, and wrapping your charging cords to name a few. They answer, Of course we can do that to any request. I especially enjoyed chatting with Thomas at the bar one evening - well done!
