Bharat Electronics Limited was founded in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India in 1954.[4]Starting with the manufacture of a few communication equipment in 1956, BEL started producing receiving valves in 1961, germanium semiconductors in 1962 and radio transmitters for AIR in 1964.In 1966, BEL set up a radar manufacturing facility for the army and in-house R&D. In 1967, BEL began manufacturing transmitting tubes, silicon devices and integrated circuits. The PCB manufacturing facility was established in 1968.In 1970, BEL started making black & white TV picture tubes, X-ray tubes and microwave tubes. In 1971, BEL set up facilities for the manufacture of integrated circuits and hybrid micro circuits. 1972, BEL established manufacturing facilities for TV transmitters for Doordarshan. In 1973, BEL began manufacturing frigate radars for the navy.

Nice place 👌 for work and environment also good staff management also good they always support us and there is no burden of work , salary package too high it reside at Ghaziabad near Vaishali metro station and it has own 200 acre land where factory is going on.its Mainly work for indian Army , Indian Air Force and Indian Navy and make electronic item like radar antenna but in this company have one problem it do not allow mobile phone to contract labourer and apprentice otherwise all thing is best Canteen food what a quality, I cant say awesome

Very bad office. Bel gad is one of the worst Bel branches all around India. They force their employees to work in pandemic situations(covid 19). They claim to be under centre when state (up) is getting any benefits and vice versa. They treat their employees badly and do not respect them. Very disappointed.I would rate them 0 start possible. They also call their employees in Sundays sometimes. They use malpractices to exploit their employees

A good place to learn, I would highly suggest going as an intern there and learn more though you must have the willingness to learn. Strict disciplinary environment as it comes under deffence ministry. Company workers have to wear a uniform khaki or something and they are busy with projects from government and private groups.

An awesome organisation to work in to, campus is great, work timing and environment is good except that Saturday is also working and leave quota is less in comparison of other PSU. There are many high level defense project in which this organisation is involved. One will get lot to learn in all the field like electronic, programming and algorithms. Your constant interaction will be with defence personal. Big campus is there with lot of greenery and canteen facility is also very good.

It is a Publice Sector undertaking (PSU) under the defence ministry of india. Very beautiful infrastructure and dream place for ECE engineers. Rules are very strict at entrance as it is a defence organisation. It mainly constructs the radars, antennas, and various components ordered by military.

It is one of the defence psu located near Vaishali metro station you could take rickshaw or just walk for 10 minutesYou cannot enter through the main gate without any appointments or any contact in BEL there is one more gate from which only those persons can enter those work or have proper identity card you are checked there by security guards
