Garnishing you can see not good even the plate is small. After waiting a long when you get this and giving an instruction that please give me chilli sauce they didnt give you can understand their service. Very bad experience... Hope you can understand if youre in my place. I think management have to take care of this and also check the customer feedback and suggestions. Hope you dont mind...

Second worst maki I have had in my life. Worst? Maki made with canned tuna in Lyon. This was just after. I have paid 1100 RSN for 6 horrible makis. The rice was not round rice. It was warm. The surimi inside was below any quality. The salmon on the top could have not been thinner. A nightmare.

The food is horrible. It doesnt tase good. And its not japanese specific. Believe me youll have better time in other restaurants than here if youre looking for authentic Japanese experience.

Ichiban means no 1 in Japanese language. But this restaurant is no 1 in bad restaurant.We ordered Mixed Seafood Shukiyaki which said to have squid and all other seafoods. But what we got was plate full of vegetables and a few small piecea of fish. We ordered other meat items as well but all we were served was vegetables only.Food was served cold and very late.We are mistreated thinking we are Nepalis and dont know about the Japanese dishes. Totally disgrace to restaurant service.

If there was any star below one star i i would surely give it... It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Wewe order around 5 - 6 items and had to wait for whole 2 hrs just for food to arrive. And when food did arrive we were really really shock after seeing food. Miso soup was super cold. And just a plain flavoured water.Next mixed seafood shayaki was lot more terrible. There was no any seafood literally. Just spinach, carrots, mushroom and some sprinkle of normal fish but in menu there was written fish, squids and other types of fishes which we didnt literally find any.Hot pot Sukiyaki ohh my good worst worst every. It was completely over boiled. The spinach was black yellow due to over boiled. It was far beyond that I can explain. And the presentation was worst. .

The food didnt have any japanese taste. The food is tasteless. Service is very bad.Utensils used is not hygenic as well. Who uses aluminium utensils in Japanses culture. Food was served in aluminium utensil. It is very disappointing.

Cheap dishes, about 500 rupees, pork chop rice is delicious, ramen is noodles close to instant noodles.

Anyway, it is cheap and has a lot of menus. The atmosphere of the store is good and the taste of the food is also good. Staff are friendly. Hot water is also provided free of charge.
