No complains for the food but when the staffs take order they have to be smart enough to distinguish between the orders that were take away or not. We actually ordered something to eat in there but after waiting half an hour (not really fast food- really wonder if the staffs know the essence of fast food service), yes after half an hour when I enquired about my order they were readily packed for to be taken away and they didn’t bother to inform me while I was literally waiting with my little daughter. So only the advice is for the manager or management, please train your staffs well to be smart and efficient. Another disadvantage of this outlet is that there is no parking space. So be aware when you are visiting this place during the office time or rush hour.

The flavour of the chicken is the best among the fried chicken outlets in my personal view. Usually has offers so can get those big buckets for cheap too. The momos are not good at all though. The staff exude a persona of trained overenthusiasm, though, I rarely eat there. I rather do take aways, so yeah.

A fast growing business, which serves you a best chicken on town and Ive a best crunchy chicken ever.

One of the worst burger i ever tasted. Bun was stale and very cheap, all the ingredients used where dull only the meat was good but that doesn t saves the poor taste of burger overall.

Food is okay, but did not like their whole chicken. It tasted like nothing. It looked like they pressed it in a pressure cooker and took right off and put some salt in it.They took make credit card in another room without my consent. You MUST put POS machines right INFRONT of the customers so they can see what is really happening. I had to check and worry if my card was double-charged or billed properly.Also, the checkout staff does not seem to care if my order is ready or not. These staff need to be trained to behave well to the customers and they leave bad impression and it makes me does not want to go again.

Good place for fresh meat.

Fried chicken in reasonable price. Taste quite similar to KFC. Burger bread requires up grading as it easily break in to pieces while eatting. You also can go in group. You also can try mo mo items here (both fried mo mo and steamed mo mo ). Call to their contact number and they usually provide you home delivery with cash on delivery. I prefered chicken wings and chicken legs as they are quite cheapier.

A nepalese version of KFC I must say. I am quite awestruck by the menu of Valley express as a very reasonable price. Although their recipie is not exact as that of KFC and the chicken is not equally tender, but I think it is a bang for the buck. Also they offer several other items like chicken burger, chicken momos, chicken roll, grilled chicken and many others. They also have ample amount of clean space for people who wish to dine in. Parking is a bit of an issue but there is a closeby open space where you can park your motorbike and even car and walk less than a minute.

A bit expensive for the quality of food.
