Order arrived at my doorstep in just a bit more than an hour (as promised). The delivery guy seemed cool. They email you at every step as your order is being processed. Biggest plus point is that they didnt charge a single Rupee as Delivery Charge whereas Foodmandus quotation was Rs 110 just for delivery.PS: I had ordered Whole Grilled Chicken from Valley Xpress

Hands down, the best food delivery company there is!! Used their delivery service both in Pokhara and Kathmandu, their customer service is exceptional. The range of food and restaurants listed is quite varied and the delivery is always on time or even quicker at times :). Possibly one of the few delivery companies that offer late hour deliveries and does not charge delivery fee. Thanks to the supportive csr on the phone and the amazingly helpful food ninjas that never fail to deliver food on time.Happy tummy 😊

You cant even deliver in Suryabinayak bhaktapur and saying is available on ktm bkt and lalitpur. If can’t keep your words then better to keep it shut!

Jan 1st shouldnt be the excuse for the lack of service that you can provide to your costumers. If you cannot provide your service as promised and make me wait hungry. As a service oriented business you should have figured out before you put your services. No excuses should be made later for the inconvenience you caused making me wait for 2 hours past your delivery time. Pathetic

Worst customer service by Prakash and very poor delivery service. I ordered burger and biryani rice. The order was brought 30 minutes late than promised plus the burger was all wet as the drink spilled all over. When i asked for solution Prakash was not able to do any action and only kept saying sorry. Zero complain handling skills and no effective actions taken.Very dissapointed

I think this is the worst delivery service ever. They always make excuses like today this happened, yo vaena tyo vaena etc and make us wait for more than 2 hours (minimum). They do have location services but they will still call you so many times to come to exact location which again make the delivery late. Also you can not detect your delivery location in the app atleast to be sure where have they arrived. And most importantly if you review(about bad quality of food), they will hide it according to their convenience. They can give you uncountable excuses for sure. Reference number:MP2IYNU05391
