Working staff needs to know their position and should know how to behave with customers. We are not just visiting the place and have food for free. Service is too poor and so do quality of food and price.Worst experience, visited 3 times and disappointed all three times.

I would leave zero stars if I could, the worker had so much attitude, they didnt even place the ordered food on the table properly. Made us feel like we were eating there for free. Located at New Baneshwor chowk this restaurant already take a credit. As all the others baranches this also serves good food with decent taste. I have been here many times. The burger house and crunchy fried chicken is always my preference whenever i need to go for a lunch.

Comparatively, it is not that expensive but the food is no good either. Staffs are rude, those fancy lights looks so tacky and destroys the vibe. Music is sooo loud even you ask them to volume down, they are not going to listen you. Need to improve a lot.

Highly recommended. The staff really looks after you. Apart from being bit slow for the food but the wait was worth it. Amazing food from their menu. Cheap and very affordable. They have a massive car carking and it is easy to find. Thanks for the hospitality.

Opened recently, the newest branch of the burger house offers the same menu as the other branches at the same price and the same taste.This outlet is much more spacious than the one nearby and offers separate spaces for Bar and for celebrations.there is also a separate space for meetings or conferences.

The worst burger house and crunchy fried chicken branch I have ever visited. Place is so messy and the staffs are not so friendly, in fact they are so rude and they do not give service which is of free (like extra pickle for momo or water). And what to say about the food here, OMG the worst taste and experience in my life. Rate of every item is same as other but the quality of food and services is worst one. I would rate zero or in negative if it would be possible so for now its the one star for this place.

Food was great, and the place is nice for small group of gathering, similar to any other burger house but it seems like it wasnt made for restaurant. but it wont matter if you are there for food so thats it. one problem i had there was i dont know if the bathroom was locked or i felt too uncomfortable to where it was, so thats on me. staffs were good though.
