I dont know about this place before and you know what its amazing. Just little inside so people dont know about this place but once you will there you will love it. Beautiful decoration, roof top premise also available, the waiter there was professional and humble. Quite expensive for regular visit but for weekend an special occasion it is best. Me and some friends went for hot beverages and it was god damn special as well as tasty. You should go for it. Parking also available.

Its located at the CENTER of the city , everything from here is in walking distance. Food is pretty good too. It is with more open area than other places in this area. They have local Newark cuisine introduced recently.

This place is dull, has no life. It was empty when we got there. No staff noticed we came until 10 mins after we sat in our table. We ordered Tandoori Buff MoMo and it was served with only 6 pieces of momo. Also the pizza was served in 4 pieces. They didnt have much of their drinks menu. Service is laughable here. When we didnt saw any waiters nearby to ask for the bill, we decided to head to the cash counter only to find it without cashier. I personally had to search for her and she was busy watching a movie 2 rooms away. Another pathetic experience. Never coming back again

A really cool place to hangout with really great ambiance.The staff are very friendly and the food also is decent.Ive been there about 6 times and have had no complaints with their food. But having said, if you ask me for a suggestion to what you should have, I will also not be able to give you a standout.

The place is good and staff service is great. But menus are but expensive.

The restaurant is abit inside of the basantapur area but that doesnt stop it from its good vibes. The food is very good and juicy as well as the service is quick and good. And to top it all off it has very good lighting at its ground floor. I give it a solid 4 star.

Not the best and certainly not the worst. The coffee I ordered was decent and the environment was also nice. However, the french fries I ordered was not quite up to my expectation. The quantity was very little. However, other items were decent. Not a good place for date though. Its better to bring friends and for large groups. I found the price to be expensive judging by the quality. The servers were very good, mostly cooperative. I liked the lighting and vibes. They really need to upgrade the place.

By far the best food we had in our two weeks in Nepal. It was the last night of our trip that we stumbled across this place down a side alley from Freak Street in Kathmandu, near Durbar Square. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The vibe was great, with the music, open air balcony overlooking a courtyard with green trees and fairy lights. The food was AWESOME! Delicious & well presented. I especially loved how the curries were served in the metal bowls on top of a gas burner which kept them nice & hot. We had a fun night at Surya Moon and would highly recommend it to travellers in Kathmandu.

Overpriced. Mediocre taste!We order momo and drinks, the momos were undercooked. It was raw inside! Yuck! They did replace it after making them realise that momos were undercooked!
