This Apartment is one of most beautiful flats. Where around 3k people living.I have also been lived around 3 months.

Ozone evergreens is good but not at all timeBasement car parking good but water not all blocks only coming 2or 3blocks ..

I gave 4 stars when I started living here, its been 3 years now, I think it deserves 5 star and the management has been very proactive in stopping entry of outside vendors and house help. Though the measure are strict but it really helped to battle the case surge during COVID

Liked the structure and ambience of the society. Rooms are not that spacious but the structure of the building is nice and you get a nice greenery view from the terrace.

Beautiful community for family. Lot of greenery and beautiful landscapes. Well maintained society with lot of amenities for all age groups. Society is surrounded by Ibalur military forest & lakes. Beautiful Kasavanahalli lake is in walk-able distance.Only drawback is the water... mainly depends on the tankers (common problem in all the societies around).

What a apartment at the right place. You will get everything which you need for your day to day life. Plenty of the space for walk, sit, play different different games, swimming pool, garden area, proper security staff, parking, temple, indoor games, gym, volleyball, cricket, basket ball, sketting area, nilgiri small mall for all the day to day things like milk, vegetables, breads etc etc.

I have one request to Ozone Group, please correct our address of Ozone Evergreens. It shows PWD Quarters wrongly. I do understand it was auto picked long back when nothing was around. However, now the owner of this email address (Ozone Group) can make the necessary changes. I tried many a times, but realized without respective email it is very difficult. I would love to see the corrected address i.e. Ozone Evergreens, #53,54, Haralur Road, Bangalore - 560102.

Apartments are small but good outside environment and located in prime location .

Smaller flats, feel like caged. Entrance doesnt make sense as one has to go all the way round to enter the flats. One should not be made to walk excessively in the name of landscaping. Balconies are for name sake.

Awesome serene... The only issue is that there is no kaveri water here.

This apartment society is well located on Haralur Road, as it is sort of mid way between Bellandur and Electronic City.Amenities are really good with 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms, Indoor games, kids play area, jogging track, skating rink, etc.Apartment sizes are small. That is the only negative point. Rest all is good. There is Nilgiris grocery store within the society for residents only. An ambulance is available 24x7 on premise. An ICICI bank ATM is also there in the clubhouse.

This society is filled with cockroaches and roaches(lived 3yrs there), need to take proper pest control plan..rest all amenities and services provided are fine... maintenance is increasing to very high level and rent cost is getting too high because of same

Society is good, all amenities are there but only problem I saw was, it was too interior. Of you dont have multiple vehicle at home, you will need to book a cab Or auto every time. No public transport.

Society has very serious drainage issues. Water seepage in houses & in basement parking is common. Quality of construction is poor & absolutely not worth the high maintenance amount they charge. You are better off looking elsewhere.

On outside looks society looks great, amenities and flats makes you feel small. rooms are of match box size and you feel boxy inside the flats

All the good things in this society are outside the flat. The campus is big and full of greenary. Good spots for kids to play.We had to stay in a 2bhk and the size was so small. Rooms are small, hall is small, kitchen is small. Time and again you will wonder who is the great architect of this flat. And the rent is way to high for such a flat.I hope they decrease the rent now bcoz their location is of no importance.

The society location is good clean air,but for the attitude problem of management team ,tenant are aliens few landlords in management team behave as empress and harmful for the longevity of society.I have good memories but parting was pinching I was denied parking which was accessible to all while my luggage was transferred to truck the poor labours who have to labour for long distance were ceremoniously fined by so called authority which yielded municipal rules and authority and forgot about their responsibility when it came to providing clean STP water,worth living if you are empress .tenant help the other good Samaritan who still live there and have built flats with their hard earnings good luck still lot of good people in society

Avoid this apartment at all costs. Especially if you have elders or pets. Unfriendly to the core. The infrastructure is average but the community is terrible. I have even noticed used condoms being strewn in the ground. The sewage treatment plant is broken and our flushes actually got black water for over 6 months. Kids don’t even wear masks when they play.

Good apartment good lawn area. Overall great facility. Separate swiming pools men , women & kids. The only bad thing is the fire exits & space between apartments facing each other in every floor.

Quiet and calm place near to sarjapur Road. Rooms are small than other local builders flat.

Water is extremely smelly and disgusting. Proper repairs arent done on time and the overall apartment management is very poor. Not recommended to live here!!

If you looking for a flat on rent, be aware that tenants are treated as a second class citizen in this society. Owners association would threaten you to expel from the society if you raise your voice. Plus, the management team would charge you arbitrarily for move-in/move-out. Half of the time you would face the issue of dirty water in the flush or flooded basement or water scarcity during the summers. Room sizes are small as well.

Liked the amenities. Construction quality looks fine too. But rooms feel smaller for the price we pay. Some of the designs have long passage to connect bedrooms with the mail hall. Some may say it helps privacy but its also a waste if square foot area. Like that its pretty close to sarjapur road and more importantly doesnt get affected with Harlur traffic which most times occur between Harlur village to Ferns residency.

Worst place to live with extremely high rental and near zero clubhouse facilities. Ozone Management is worst and do not even return ur security money timely at time of vacating...will deduct unnecessary amount in sake of the rental agreement .Allows anyone inside premises in name of cook n maids most dont know their job to do. Its suicidezone.

Very good apartment for families.

Was a good place to live few years back now turned to hell. The worst management I have ever seen. The stp never works, lifts not maintained, water clogging, mosquitoes even on higher floors, there are few old school folks in management committee who are part of it as they love politics. They follow what they want. The situation deteriorated during lockdown. I was living their for 4 years but I have to leave due to the current state. Even right now in June 2020 the society is still following its own lockdown rules, making life of residents hell.

Was planning to look for a property but a friend suggested not to go ahead. Reasons - Bad management, association.

Very congested place inside and heavy traffic outside

If you are planning to buy an apartment in this society you must realise that this place is in the grip of old and really arrogant people. The management committee will take arbitrary decisions. There are severe challenges from STP, condition of the building etc. However the focus of the society will be towards gardening and beautification.In our latest incident (5th June, 2020) the entire bangalore opened up except ozone. Door step news paper and milk was delivered but they wont allow maids/cooksProbably not a good place to stay.

Large society complex on Harlur Road with decent pool. Only 2 elevators per tower which are high rise. Security needs to be more friendly to elderly or disabled taking a drop upto the entrance of tower due to limited mobility.

One of my friends stays there and Ive been to Ozone quite sometime. With the gated security its a safe place to be. They dont entertain strangers unless the house owners give permission for the entry to the society. Theres a beautiful pool, basket ball court and if youre a health freak you can go for running or cycling around the society. The place comes to life during weekends with kids and elders out in the sun.

Amenities are very good inside the premises. neatly maintained and many security people are manning the whole premises. The presence of a big green patch next to the apartments comes as an added bonus.

One of the good apartment complex with required amenities. Location wise its good and easy access to Sarjapur road, Hosur road or to HSR layout. The flat sizes are small to keep this as budget homes, otherwise its an nice complex. I see many people with pets, so its an pet friendly apartment.

Its a place where I guess air from all the sides flows like anything. Winds blows at very high speed. I loved this place because its near a large protected field which has dense green forest which makes ozone evergreen polution free. Wonderful experience living there...

Worst place in Bangalore..not worth the stay. People and staff are unhygienic, unfriendly, nobody wears masks.Unless you want covid-19, please find another place to live.

The society is good. Amenities are also quite good. However the apartment size is very small. The rooms feels like cramped up. The location is a bit interior of harlur road. But within city limits.

Its a big apartment complex with a lots of amenities. Amount of open space is a huge plus. Greenery inside is well maintained. Biggest advantage is hundreds of acres of defence open land in the neighbourhood, providing a view and fresh air.

This apartment is situated in nice and right place. But, during rain wind blows very fast and its scary that time. This apartment is 20 story towers and amenities are good. Some times there will be mobile signal issues in some blocks.

My cousin used to live here with here family. Its located on a great road, lots of greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of bangalore. Has good convenience stores very close up and some good eating options as well. Great place to live.

I dont stay here. Visited this place to meet a friend .The location the apartments are located is very close to the outer ring road. The security was very thorough in checking the visitors.The building had many amenities including swimming pool, club house with TT table, volleyball court, basket ball court as far as I have seen.

A nice society with almost 1000 families living. It has plenty of play area and three pools for men , women and kids. Backside view is very good with lots of greenery and cool breeze.

Good windy place. Lush greenary in the vicinity. Away from the traffic noise yet daily needs and market places are within reach. Cabs are available all the time. Only problem is that mobile networks are poor in certain blocks

Good closed community. Houses are bit small in carpet area
