The best thing about this place is the location. You can almost buy anything without taking or your vehicles within 100m at max.It does not have great facilities, but not bad either.

You need to be very careful with this builder. Take everything in writing. Once the registration is done, they dont at all care for customers, untill then they will be very nice to you. Per Sq. FT Price wise seems good, but they have a lot of hidden cost involved. Especially about kitchen, they will say Modular kitchen is free, and later ask money for the same.To start with was very impressed with the Project, but service seems quite poor, which demotivated towards the end, yet to get the possession.Overall rating OKay, but with Due Caution.

WONDERFUL LOCATION !!!Im a tenant here !!It has a VERY Specious carpet area & even Vastu taken careAnything & Everything is readily available (you just need to step out of the apartment)Love to stay here because of the space, location, convenience, swimming pool training, Gym, Partyhall & the often social events..Residence are good but the BUILDER is a big time cheater... He has not completed many works & the flat owners are planning to file case against him...MR Purushotam & Bennur are the builders of KPR Reality - NEVER EVER deal with these guys...You can buy Flat from other Flat Owners - Its a good buy
