I. had a wonderful experience with WarmOven. The contact person (Poulami) was very considerate and explained clearly on what can be done and want cant in the designer cake.I gave two different designs to make the cake. I really liked the finished work and the cake was wonderful. My son was overwhelmed to see the cake and enjoyed its taste.Thanks and keep up the good work.

Ordered a custom cake with warm oven. Its at double the cost of standard market options such as Just Bake, Ammas, and Sweet Chariot.Firstly the ordering experience is online and agents reach you on WhatsApp to finalize your order. They do a pretty decent job and tell you that your custom match to a picture will be 70% not moreSo at approximately 1500 INR per kilogram my expectation for the cake was above the standard bakers.Final delivery: First the shape was pretty sad and lot of printing was used rather than creating shapes. (You will notice from pictures) So a pretty square shape of Minecraft cake was termed as custom and if you see the detail of custom it was pretty average at bestQuality of the pastry: Very dry and uneven, the syrup right at the bottom, heavy on cream which was again average at best.Overall: I would rate any of the other bakers on the market way better than this one, dont get influenced by the high quality pictures and promises, nothing but fluff (and I wish the actual cake had some)Not recommended for sure

Warm oven this my new favourite dessert point, in this times they are sending there delicious cup cakes with spill proof packaging, nd they have wide range of dessert options.

Had ordered the brownie combo setThe walnut brownie and the nuttela brownie.Came in a neat and nice pack.The taste and texture was same as what we have come to expect from Warm oven.However, the portions definitely needs to improve on the brownies.These are around 20gm pieces more or less.Walnut brownie was way better than the nutella one.

We ordered kitkat gems cake and it was yum. Packaging was done right aswell unlike others who have had bad delivery experience.Suggestion: you should have take away .

Had worst experience with WarmOven. Just check out the images I have attached.Do not, I repeat do not ever order from WarmOven. They dont even pick calls when you call for feedback.

Absolutely terrible customer care. The deliver agent cannot understand Hindi or English. He could not follow the directions on Google.We experienced a 4 hour 14 minute delay on our order. The cake would have gone bad by then. We had to order another cake from SOMEWHERE ELSE!This delay destroyed my daughters birthday day party. Very poor management.

It was OK. The cakes came well packaged, no doubt there. We werent too fussed about both the Red Velvet or the Butterscotch pastries, they lacked the delightful flavours that one looks for after a bite. The Vanilla Spongecake was a little too soft and crumbly.

My husband had ordered the birthday cake for me from this place ....the cake was yummy n fresh ....also we got a handwritten note from chef which is heart touching asking for feedback n suggestions to become better ....thank you for the kind gesture

Had a ver very bad experience well even without eating anything from this place. The front desk staff at the store is a very rude person.Ordered a cake a day before, took all details and confirmation. Mentioned order has to go to central office will confirm receipt, price etc in 30mins to an hr on my contact details. 24 hrs down nothing, no one even answer the contact number mentioned ending in 735. Visited the location again for confirmation and the guy was as usual rude.. saying told u it is confirm why u not agreeing... I have no communication or receipt or anything was very dismissive and talking rubbish. there was no point arguing cancelled order verbally :) he had no worries in a sec he agreed. Surely does not seem to be his business.

It is a delivery/pickup only place. They should write that on the restaurant description. I went there to pick up a cake, but ut seems they dont keep anything readymade.

Recently ordered two cakes from them through online app zomato , punchy pineapple and mixed fruit variant, first of all i ordered egg one but recieved eggless , on top of it sponge of the cake was not at all soft not sure if it was even fresh , couldnt believe how a reputated bakery like this can deliver such ahorrible cake, feel like cheated not going to order from them in future.

Impressed with WarmOven. We had ordered for Black Forest Cake on my birthday yesterday. One of the best Black Forest Cakes I have ever had. Also, impeccable service and good prices. The cake was delivered in time without even one follow-up call from us.Thanks WarmOven.

Order a plum cake today and it was delivered uncooked and doughy. In no way did it taste like a plum cake. Order or buy stuff from here at your own risk.

Please tell the delivery person to handle the box safely. I am a fan of your assorted cupcakes and I buy them as gifts to my friends and family. When I ordered this time, two of the cupcakes flipped and the frosting was ruined. It ruined the adjacent ones also. So please let the delivery person know that the box has to be handled carefully, please.

Their quality and taste has gone to dogs, their DBC and BF cake jars have turned out to be horribly worst. What they were 4-6 months back was totally different. Yesterday had to throw away both the jars for their stinking stale smell and poor taste

I have ordered cakes many times from warmoven via Uber Eats and Swiggy. Really good cakes and great service. Also cakes get delivered within an hour. My only feedback is that their chocolate-based cakes are NOT that good. However their red valvet, blueberry and other fruit based cakes are really awesome. Hope this helps.

Warmoven cakes are quite good and much better as compared to other bakeries in bangalore like chef bakers, happy endings, just bake etc. (in that order).
