Worst cake shop. Deliver stale and damaged cake. Not at all customer friendly. If u want to spoil your day go for first crush and they ensure they will crush your day nicely.

Asked the cake to be delivered at 4 30 pm. When we didnt receive it in time, called the people at 4 30 pm and they had clearly forgotten about the order. Then received the cake at 6 30 pm.The 4.8 rating seems very fishy. Doesnt seem to be genuine.Also Id ordered for a choco hazelnut cake which costs 1000/- per kg. It tasted like any other chocolate cake.Please be professional! Its not always about the money...

I have ordered the cake from First crush only after looking at the good reviews. I am not sure how genuine are they as there are only 31 reviews and none of them are with pics. Here is my review about the cake and the experience.I could easily place the order 1 day before the event and the owner asked me to keep the design simple and the cake was ready on time. The taste of the cake was good and everyone liked it. However, the color didnt turn out to be how I expected it to be. Also, as you can see on the pic, the top of the cake doesnt have a smooth color. There were dark marks. 4 star for taste, 2 star for the look, 5 star for the on time delivery and ease of placing the order

Frauds of first hand. Ordered a cake for my friends bday which costs 1000 rs including the delivery charges. they have sent a local cake with absolutely no resemblance to the picture shown . After informing the same chef calls n says that the icing they did was wrong and they cannot change it. What a pathetic excuse. They refused to refund the money even after agreeing to return cake as it is..Never ever order from here . They sent absolutely worst cakes. I believe the reviews given here are also fake.The cake was from FIRST CRUSH and was delivered by a company called WINNY.Below are the photos given, all the customers can see.

I had called them up in the last moment to check if any cakes are available and the reply was yes with the flavours available with them. I told them a design and within 30 minutes they baked fresh eggless cake and customized it according to my requirement. I was really impressed, how fast they accepted my order and got it done very quick too. Everybody at home loved the cake and the design too.

The services provided by them are really not upto the mark. Lots of specifications were missing. I have confirmed them twice but they said they have done everything from their end but it was an entire different story when it reached my friends place. Not at all presentable. They even forgot to write the name. Moreover, they get in touch with Swiggy or third party delivery vendor for the services and they blindly rely on their employees in the absence of the owner. I would rate 0 out of 5. But Google is insisting me to give at least 1 star.

Really bad service. I ordered a cake and bouquet. The bouquet were really disappointing and I just asked them to write the name on the top of the cake.They didnt even write that and they said they wrote it.The final cake and bouquet that reached ultimately was really badly presented .It was not at all worth my money.The owner herself has no good courtesy to bother for customer satisfaction. If I could have given zero rating I would have gone for that.

I have ordered BiRtHdAY cake for my brother and got the cake customised as I wanted. Ms. Archana the owner is very warm and was very particular about the details that I wanted. It was a red velvet and chocolate combination cake with details.mostly people use fondant for this type of cakes however she has suggested to go for total cream and it will be more tasty. Also very reasonable price point.Overall I am really happy with the order and will 100% recommend it.
