Worst service every time I receive messages stating out for delivery but will get a call to collect it from office.If we have to collect it from office why should we pay for delivery then you guys are worst and bad support also better close the delivery service instead of asking us to come and collect it

Very worst delivery service I didnt get my parcel but I got msg the item is delivered worlds no1 fraud delivery service and if u ordered any item through this service u can go to that office and receive it item because they didnt give u just they call and come to place and u go to that spot means no can there and if u want ur parcel means go to that office and get ur parcel so kindly request dont order through this ecom express my best suggestion was buy directly from shop both or same only

My order was delayed in deliver more than 3 days . I ordered three outfits from Mitra online for my family as am away from them. It need to be delivered through ecom express karur to TNPL . The delivery person is so rude and not willing to deliver our product on time . They expect the customer to attend a phone call before delivery if the product in hand . Worst to the core .
