We sent a parcel to Sattur from Karur on 19/10/2019 which should have been delivered on 21/10. It was delivered only on 23/10. Not only that, the delivery person asked the consignee to take delivery from the place where he was sitting. When the consignee refused to do that, it was delivered by a person clad in lungee and shabbily dressed. Our correc was so cute furious, he asked us to not use this courier any more.

Booked a parcel of 100 bedsheets from Karur to Chennai during Kerala floods. They delivered the bedsheets to my relative after a week from the date when it reached Chennai. They stated reasons like they dont deliver to that booked address and if we it immediately we can collect it directly from their office. I dont know why they took the booking. Hope this is a exceptional mistake and they repeat it.
